Love the mochi batter taiyaki. They're thoughtful way of ordering and marking which flavors in the box every time we order a 5 pack of taiyaki is really helpful. Tastes great even later on when you put them in the air fryer.

A must-try spot at Southcenter mall. Delicious ice cream with a generous portion of Nutella. I usually go with the fruity pebbles topping. Service is pretty quick but this place gets really busy at times

First time hereThe fish cones real cute and priced fairly.I was a bit perplexed when I first showed up. It seemed I was standing waiting to order for 20 minutes while a line formed behind me.The folks working there seemed to be doing a training.At last he told me that it was a screen based ordering system and I felt dumb.Kid-friendliness: Kids love it

Employee done me dirty. Ordered soft serve in a cup. It turned out to be a half-A POS. I've been here before. I know what it's supposed to look like. You've seen the Instagram photos. it looked nothing like the photo I took a while back. Here's the kicker: Before she handed her ugly-A soft serve creation to her co-worker to add toppings she gave it a funny look but still proceeded to hand it off to the guy! Gawd, they need to get rid of this girl cuz she sucks. Look at these other low star reviews. I bet they're talking about the same girl that screwed me over. I should have taken a photo. You'd probably be ROFL.

A friend recommended this place and I am so glad I stopped in. The Taiyaki is made to order and can be customized any which way you please. There are many different flavors of ice cream to choose from and also what kind of filling you want in the taiyaki. We got ours upside down but there is also the option of having the ice cream in the taiyaki acting as a cone. You're spoiled for choice here. Stop in if you're at Southcenter Mall, you won't be disappointed.

Cashier was not attentive, asked for my name, I even spelled it to her even though it's common. My order took awhile, because she puts a different name. She puts Nguyen. If you don't hear clearly or can't spell the name of your customer, you can always ask. Never assume people's name based on how they look. I'm so disappointed

If you're looking for a sweet treat whilst you walk around the mall, this is a good spot to go. Quick self service kiosk and a reasonable price. You also get to pick toppings (sprinkles, cookie bits, etc) included with your purchase. The ice cream was good and satisfied my sweet craving, what more can you ask for?
