We went here on Black Friday, but surprisingly it was fast and efficient with ample number of staff to accommodate large customer volume. The service was great and my order came out correct.

There's a guy with green hair who is super rude...He should be fired.

This place the coffee has no flavor. I don’t know what’s going on? The Coffee doesn’t taste like coffee, more like water. They re-make , taste just little better.

5 employees actively ignoring the line of customers for a solid 10-15 minutes. Not even a we’ll be with you in a moment. Avoiding all eye contact and fulfilling those mobile orders only.

These people were so busy chit chatting with each other that they were ignoring all of us customers standing in line. No greeting the customers, no your welcome when we said thank you. We bought 2 coffees and sat in the courtyard in front. Some doofy blonde "worker" came out and offered samples of other coffees to everyone around here .. except us. She looked right at us and apparently decided since they already took our money that she wasn't going to ask us to sample. She proceeded to give out all the samples and then told us they ran out. She literally walked by us FIRST. On top of this, the coffee didn't taste good either. This is very unusual compared to other Starbucks. Screw these people. I hope they all enjoy Xmas in the unemployment line.
