Customer service is terrible we ordered 2 sandwiches to go and 2 employees did not look like they even cared to work there. Waste of $$ not to mention the food looked un appetizing. Now I know why I don’t go to Subway anymore. I recommend Jersey mikes across from Southcenter.

Young lady working this evening around 5:15 pm appeared put out by my and my daughter coming in to order. Zero effort at even basic customer service. Also, lettuce was wilty, brown and had slimy pieces in it. I asked her if there were any fresher lettuce at the bottom of the bin, and she remarked “nope, it’s all the same,” no apologies, no offer to look in the walk in. She rushed us through as if we were inconveniencing her, and was equally put out by the guests right behind us.Vegetarian options: Most places offer double cheese on veggie sandwiches/salads. My veggie salad had very little grated cheese.
Why are you closed at 7:30 if your hours say you're open till 8:00pm?

The level of customer service was terrible. The woman in the front is consistently disrespectful. There was a woman, who I just asked to change her gloves since she touched other things while preparing my sandwich, then started arguing that she had only touched the spoons, is also really rude. Extremely harsh and unprofessional. Feels like they are doing me a favor by doing the service i payed for. I was still being really nice to them this is the 3rd time they are behaving this way. DO NOT GO!!

The girl was so rude. I told her to make a veggie sandwich and she barely put any onions in it. So I told her to put some more and her response was so rude. She had problem putting 5 pieces of onion. My subway barely had anything in it. On top she was screaming while she was making my order. She shouldn’t be working if she can’t be nice or have the decency to talk toCustomers.

Always clean inside.Terrible customer service, small portions, overcharging for adding extra veggies...just so many bad things here that make me never want to return. But, at least I know my food won't make me sick for $20 for a sandwich and chips...Could just use less "chip" on their shoulders. Regardless of the employee, it's like I can't get my sandwich stuffed without it being $7 more than list price.
