Young lady working this evening around 5:15 pm appeared put out by my and my daughter coming in to order. Zero effort at even basic customer service. Also, lettuce was wilty, brown and had slimy pieces in it. I asked her if there were any fresher lettuce at the bottom of the bin, and she remarked “nope, it’s all the same,” no apologies, no offer to look in the walk in. The level of customer service was terrible. The woman in the front is consistently disrespectful. There was a woman, who I just asked to change her gloves since she touched other things while preparing my sandwich, then started arguing that she had only touched the spoons, is also really rude. Extremely harsh and unprofessional. Feels like they are doing me a favor by doing the service i payed for. Customer service is terrible we ordered 2 sandwiches to go and 2 employees did not look like they even cared to work there. Waste of $$ not to mention the food looked un appetizing. Now I know why I don’t go to Subway anymore. I recommend Jersey mikes across from Southcenter.
