Went in for dessert with two friends. Came in Tuesday at around 3pm so there was no wait and ample tables available, but service was lacking. Didn't have silverware or napkins so we asked a hostess because our server was also the bartender and had to make drinks for other tables.I can understand the bartender being busy, but the hostess just threw down silverware and never got us our napkins. Had to leave because my friend was uncomfortable with the looks our bartender and surrounding staff gave us. I understand we were there for a bit, but we haven't seen our 3rd friend in 6 months, and we still tipped 18%.Dessert was yummy though!

We came here after a flight.My sister with celiacs disease has always been pleased with the gluten free options at CF.Eddie the waiter was very friendly and was great with the allergy request.You can get the burger with a gluten free bun.And of course Cheesecake is a must, we got it to go and it was still great the next day, whipped cream still good too.Dietary restrictions: There are lots of options with substitutions for making their menu items gluten free.

Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the service provided by one of your servers during my visit.The server in question displayed a noticeable attitude that made me and my companions feel unwelcome. When we requested a simple condiment like ketchup, the server took an excessive amount of time to fulfill the request, resulting in my son's sandwich becoming cold. Additionally, we observed the server engaging in conversations with other patrons while neglecting our table, which we found unprofessional and disheartening.The lack of prompt and courteous service made us feel as though we were being discriminated against, and it greatly impacted our overall dining experience at the Cheese Cake Factory.I am sharing this feedback in the hope that you can address these issues and ensure that all customers receive the high-quality service they deserve.
