All the shrimp that came with the scampi were burnt not only visibly but smelled burnt. I sat/had dinner at the bar and informed the bartender/server. She said that she would inform the manager and have them replaced. The shrimp were replaced but she failed to inform the manager so no one ever came out to apologize or address what happened. It was probably close to 5:00 p.m. after a long day of training and my first meal of the day so I finished the pasta well before the shrimp...
This was my first time ever going to Cheesecake factory. I brought some people with me and the service was really good. The food was okay and other food items were really good. The food is overpriced in my opinion. This will definitely only be a special occasion type thing for birthdays due to the price. We will come again. We had great evening!
