I ordered online using the Wendy's app. (Intuitive and easy to use) and got to the store at the designated time, quickly discovering it was not wheelchair friendly. Used the drive-thru window to pick up my order but the cashier couldn't find it. Finally the store manager found the order and brought me a shopping bag, which I assumed contained my complete order, only to find items missing when I got home. I didn't care too much for the counter person or the fat chick that was talking to him about the "water flavored red sauce... oops! Ketchup." I'm not going anywhere near that place anymore. The one in Tukwila was better and nobody was making fun of the products which makes me wonder if there are a lot more phony employees that get hired by you guys. Wendy's workers have a sense of pride when serving food. They're friendly & professionals. Did I mention how tasty the food is, oh yeah, don't forget to get your frosty!
