Been here a few times and if you look past all the tweakers in the area and the fact that its a gas station this pizza is so good! This place does not belong in a gas station it deserves to be its own restaurant 100%.

TL:DR - Decent pizza brought down a peg by a lack of sauce.A good pizza has four well-balanced elements: crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings. A Pizza House doesn't quite have that balance down, as they tend to focus solely on crust and cheese. That makes for a tasty meal, but not a good pizza. On all of my visits (this is my first at their Marysville location, but I've visited the Everett location on several occasions), their sauce has been bland and almost non-existent...

I'm so Happy A Pizza House got a new location congrats I remember the first time buying a pizza from Everett location me and my family was hooked so so good omg something about that ? that did it for us best pizza in the world to us.I always said they need to bring more locations out so everyone can get hooked on there pizza
