Ryan's REZ-ipes Food Truck & Catering

I've been wanting to try Ryan's REZ-ipes Food Truck & Catering for a long time now. I was finally able to. The food was DELICIOUS!!! I had the Cheesesteak fries and fry bread with raspberry jam. I think I'll have to make the trek there more often!

Every time I order from this food truck, I think, “This is the best thing I’ve ever eaten.” And then I try something new and it’s even better. You can’t go wrong. Not the cheapest food but definitely worth it. It’s so hard to choose which menu item is my favorite. Today, it’s probably the indigenous cheesesteak.

Enjoyed their Salmon Bowl tonight; lovely and delicious! Wish they hadn't run out of frybread; but the one time I've had it, it was incredibly fluffy and tasty.

Had Ryan and his team cater our wedding and they were incredible! All the guests raved about the food! It was super affordable! He was so easy to contact!

This place is a hidden gem! I tried it for the first time tonight & it was a 10/10! I highly recommend! We tried the indigenous cheesesteak & the twisted chicken. Everything was fresh & delicious!!

We contacted Ryan's REZ-ipes almost a year before our wedding, when we were looking at caterers in the Arlington/Marysville area. We reached out to several people in the middle of summer (peak wedding season), and Ryan was the most responsive by far. He was also very clear about pricing and what we could get. It helped us tremendously, as we were trying to decide how to fit food into our budget, and other caterers were not as transparent. Not only was his communication great, when the day of the wedding came, Ryan's REZ-ipes DELIEVERED. It was everything that we had agreed upon, and he was able to work with my bridal party and the venue host and not ask the bride or groom a single question. Everything went so smoothly for us.And the FOOD. Obviously, the most important part of any caterer/restaurant/food truck. The food was absolutely delicious. I had so many compliments from our guests who loved the frybread and the steak and shrimp.
