I used to visit this location frequently as my
Son went to school nearby. After a move I haven’t been there in a while, I stop by in the area to use my full punch card I mention that I have this at the same time that I order. Instead she says to me “I didn’t see you had this so I’ll just start you a new card” and I pay full price. I just don’t go to this area enough so I just will keep both of these punch cards and hope the next barista is able to remember between me and the person in the other window next time.

I just got a drink from here like maybe 30 minutes ago and pulled metal out of my mouth only to find that there was metal shards all through my drink and there is no phone number for this place so I have to drive all the way back to get my money back

We really like this place but I'm sitting back in line, yet again, because they consistently forget to put things in your drink. Make sure you take a drink before you leave!

I usually like this place, they are very friendly and the coffee can be good if made right, but this morning we stopped by and both of our drinks were made wrong, which is really disappointing cause that’s a lot of money down the drain. We had to go somewhere else after throwing them away and get new ones. One was ordered hot and made iced and mine was made sugar free when I didn’t mention wanting it made sugar free. I would have had them fix it but after waiting 15-20 minutes that was just too long to continue to wait longer. The weekends have very long wait times and I feel like that could be worked on also.
