As much as I love their drinks this place feels very predatory. I recently got $100 gift card so I had the chance of going here multiple times. Every time I went I would tip because I think that's a good thing to do. The problem is is how they handle the tipping. Instead of flipping over the card reader that gives you the options of tipping they will just ask you and put you in a very awkward position. The very last time I went I didn't tip and the worker became immediately rude where as before she was very nice. What makes things worse is they will add more of a tip than what you tell them and they will give you no receipt. You can see this across all avenue expresses. Thurston county doesn't tolerate fraud and should/will be investigated

Changing from 3 Star to 1. Every time I ask for light Ice, I still get a cup full of ice with a minimal splash of drink. I also ordered a cookie and it was so dry, stale and disgusting I couldn't eat it. I was concerned when it was handed to me because it looked bad and felt hard but I didnt want to be rude. After I took a bite I thought to check the expiration with how bad it was and it was 8 days expired.

Every once in a while I decide to treat myself and convince myself to come here under false hopes. I keep thinking each time I go that it'll be better but it's only gotten worse. This used to be my favorite coffee stand but I will no longer go here. Their hot coffee is unpleasant and their iced coffee is just a cup full of ice which makes me question their ethics and morals.

I stopped in for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. I didn't catch her name but the manager made my order. I wanted to try something new and asked her to surprise me with a hot coffee, with coffee forward flavor and not to sweet. She made the perfect drink. She said it was brownie batter 'less sweet.'
Lately I've been disappointed with coffee stand orders because it tastes like hot water with the essence of coffee. Not here. My drink was full bodied, rich, smooth and sooo delicious. I wish I lived closer, this would be my new go-to.

They make the best coffee at the Trosper location. Don’t go to the new one by the auto mall/arco station as it is not the same quality

Light light ice apparently means fill the thing up and waist all the space i wanted basically paid for a 32 and got a 16.

Favorite coffee place. You won't be disappointed here, very consistent, great taste, and friendly employees. You can show up having a frumpy day and guaranteed your gonna leave with a great drink and a smile. You literally can't go there and not leave without a smile. They have the best of the best Coffee Crafters. I've been going to all there locations since they opened. Too be honest out of hundreds and hundreds of drinks I've gotten maybe two in all those years that I didn't like which coulda been my own taste buds cause, they guys are great. Try em . You will go back there. There's just about something for everyone. Before you try any other espresso stand try Avenue. Your welcome in advance .

Love their drinks but find it super ackward that they ask you if you want to leave a tip verbally. I would be more inclined to leave a tip by putting it in myself . Makes me feel super ackward! Other than that love the coffee.
