This is Thea BBQ restaurant in the state! We will definitely become regulars here! We can’t wait to come back! But if you want something like ribs you better get them early. I was stationed in Texas and got spoiled by the awesome BBQ, and this place is every bit as good if not better!
Recently the company I work for had Flaming Pig cater an event for us and wow — it was delicious. Everyone in our group really enjoyed the food. The smoked mac and cheese was a huge hit, and the ribs and brisket were absolutely fantastic. You could really taste the quality and the care that went into the barbecue.
The only small downside for me was that they served Coke products. I personally wish they offered Pepsi instead, but that’s a pretty minor thing...

The Flaming Pig has the best brisket in town, IMO, and offers a better selection of sides than most barbecue spots in town (though you may disagree if you're not a dill fan). They also offer a selection of sauces, including a tasty Carolina Gold and a spicy BBQ sauce that is actually spicy. They are committed to spicy - true Chili Heads may add more, but most of us spice fans will be content.
