About McDonald's

McDonald's is a restaurant that offers exceptional food, with crispy and hot fries and fresh burgers. They pay attention to special orders, making it a great option for families. The dining room is well-maintained and clean, and there is a playplace for kids. However, the location may be challenging to find for those not familiar with the area due to a complex triple roundabout. While there have been issues with order accuracy at this location, some customers have reported friendly service and extra care taken with their orders.

Recently, one customer experienced rude service that left them feeling upset, highlighting that kindness is important in a family restaurant. Despite this, many appreciate the great food and fresh offerings, often recommending the McDonald's app for deals. Christopher, one dedicated employee, received praise for his great service and positive attitude, even though some customers noted that service can be slow at times. Overall, it can be a good spot for a meal when shopping in Tumwater, but the location can be tricky to navigate.
