This is our go to Pho location in Tumwater. The food is always fresh and the options are varied. Of course the pho (soup) is worth it, but the rice, noodles dishes, fresh spring rolls, and Bahn Mi are all delicious. I’ve gone on a mission to find the best Vietnamese spots in the city, but it’s been surprisingly hard to find a truly authentic Bún Bò Huế. Most places just don't hit the mark, but this restaurant is the real deal. It’s my absolute go-to whenever that craving hits!
