My cup was only 3/4 full
Not happy
I just came through and ordered a coffee. they didn't put the lid on so when I pick it up it spills all over me and burns the crap out of my leg, and spills all over my car. when I call in to tell them (which I never do) the manager says sounds like you are driving what would you like me to do? really?? I understand customer service. not pleased!
