Every time i come to this location, they mess my order up. I have the simplest order which is a hot mocha & they always give me a white chocolate or a chai something. Its ridiculous when the order is right there and clearly says mocha!

"Where everybody knows your name!" (and your order) 71 years in Texas when I pulled up deep roots and moved to the PNW. I made my first new friends at this Starbucks on Trosper. Devin was the first to remember my name and my order (Tall, triple shot latte with 4 raw sugar stirred in) and was authentically friendly. Soon I was conversing with Kayla, Brandon, Josh, Sahara, and Lou Ann. Some of the baristas have moved on at this posting and are greatly missed. I look forward to meeting the new baristas ... eventually. Just wanted to post my appreciation for this particular Starbucks' staff - no Seattle Freeze ( or whatever it's called) here. The Trosper Starbucks has a group of regulars who are delightful as well. Thanks to each of you for transitioning me from TX Starbucks to your humble outpost in the PNW. Y'all made me feel welcome in my new home. And P.S. there's NO Drive-thru! I love that! Such a big plus.

This Starbucks is always great because the employees are super friendly and helpful. Otherwise, it's a Starbucks and you know what you're getting there. The only reason I dropped a star for them is because as far as merch is concerned, they don't have as much inventory as The Grange location. I do like how this location has some merch, and a lot on clearance. They also are better than the location at Capital Expressway because when they have coffee grounds, they don't have filters in them (I know that sounds weird, but the one on Capital Expressway leaves the filters in the grounds. When you pour them out on your lawn, it looks like you have toilet paper in your garden). I also like how this location has a couple of tables out front so you can sit out there with your pups, but winter is coming so you won't be able to do that in the cold months. Still, it's a happy option.

Very understanding, great, kind, welcoming staff. Food was quick to warm up, amazing drinks, and was a smooth in and out order. Also very spacious inside and good volume.

They made me a blonde roast pour-over coffee, since they didn't have it already made with pike and dark roast. Really appreciate it!!
