This Starbucks is wonderful!! The ambiance is great. The food and drink also fantastic. But what really got me was the customer service. I happened to drop my lunch and without question multiple workers offered to make me a new one free of charge! Kindness goes a long way. Thank you!!
Very nice people working here both for walk in and drive through. Got the PSL cold brew (tis the season) and sometimes it can be a little off especially if people are new but it was excellent. If I had to be picky the only thing is the maze of concrete to get to this location. Otherwise keep up the good work. 💕✨
I drove to the wrong store like an IDIOT after placing an order on the app. Drove to the correct store and the nice lady at the drive thru remade my egg bites fresh since they had been sitting there. It was my fault and she did not have to do that, but did with a smile. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and I really appreciate this gesture even when it was my mistake to make my experience better. Highly recommend this location :) I didn’t get her...
