if i could give a zero i would, i ordered from them through uber eats, when my driver got there they said they could not make the food and that i had to cancel, so i did, so then uber eats was like oh you canceled and they made the food already and now im not getting a refund. DONT ORDER FROM THEM they dont even have a freaking number to call them for this

Ordered kaarage. Got literal processed chicken nuggets. Now, I would give it a higher rating because the chicken nuggets were actually above average for fast food, but I wanted kaarage, not garbage. Paid for a pound of kaarage and got a buncha chicken nuggets I could've gotten at 1/6th the price.

Wish I could give zero stars. Another Dennys Ghost Kitchen. Don't order. I didn’t know it was Dennys until the DoorDash driver called to say they didn’t have the stuff to make my food and mentioned it. Never got to try the food because they couldn’t fulfill anything on my order.

From DoorDash I ordered the Mt Fuji Sando combo with karaage poutine. They did not send the poutine with the driver and the sando was missing almost all of the ingredients. Ingredients on menu: crispy chicken, ham, bacon, melted cheese, shredded cabbage, egg, ranch, ponzu pickles. Ingredients on sando when it arrived: overcooked chicken, bacon, melted cheese, soggy tomato on the side. The chicken was drier than Ben Shapiro’s wife and tastes like water. Please see reference photos. Don’t order from here; it’s disgusting and not worth one penny.

It’s just a dennys. Realized too late. Chicken is alright, would probably have been better with some sauce but it’s definitely not Japanese chicken like you expect.
Ordered this on door dash. Everything came from a grocery store freezer aisle. Do not order from here. the sandwich was a small soggy mess and the fries were undercooked. Nothing was like the pictures and they should be ashamed of what's being called karaage.

I just ordered of Doordash and I'm already not happy. I haven't even gotten my order yet. I didn't realize this is actually Dennys. And a bad Dennys next to the fwy off Pac Ave at that. I would not have ordered if i knew this was Dennys and not actually a restaurant itself

We ordered the large Karrage chicken from UBER Eats and it was horrible. Small portion for a "large," $20. order. Ranch was spilled all over inside bag and coated everything. I ordered, and paid for, ginger sauce and it wasn't included. Both chicken and onion rings were soggy. This meal apparently should not be ordered for delivery. Oh, also, asked for utensils and napkins. No utensils and 2 napkins were soaked in ranch. Ugh.
