Great experience today at Wendy's! Did my first order from the app. Everyone there was polite, efficient and our oder was quick and served hot. They were busy, and I saw who appeared to be a manager assisting employees. Excellent teamwork! Not sure why so many negative reviews. I appreciate their commitment to excellent service!
This is defenetly a good wendys! Servece is good, the food (As usual) Is amazing, and tha atmospere is defenetly interesting... Buuuut the only reason why im giving this 4 stars is becuse of the drive thru...
AI Should Not be a replacement for Human understanding
Unless you like to repeat customizations or be there for a while reasioning with the Ai like your trying to calm it down from a hostage situation (Not really but it feels like it)...

Um, I was not expecting AI at the drive through. Was expecting something to be wrong with my order, but everything was as ordered. The actual employees were very friendly and helpful.
