Twisp just got a big upgrade with Ryzo opening. They have amazing wines, food options that I can’t wait to try (I saw the plates coming out of the kitchen and if I wasn’t full already would have ordered everything). Cari and Chad are the friendliest and most welcoming duo. They even got our nearly 3 year old excited to sit calmly at the bar with a juice box. Highly recommend! We’ll definitely be back.

My partner and I were visiting Washington from London for a wedding and happened on this place two days after opening - and I’m so happy we did. The wines are truly interesting and unique - not to mention delicious (especially the pet nat) and the small plates are excellent accompaniments (particularly the goat cheese). The staff were very friendly and knowledgable and it was great meeting the winemaker. Make sure you stop here.

Ryzo’s tasting room is really unique spot in the heart of Twisp. We stopped in for a quick flight but we wanted to hang around for a while and sample their tasty menu. Great wines—especially if you like a lighter, more subtle style. Highly recommended if you’re in the Methow.

We went on Friday and had some of their lovely wines, replete with perfectly developed tasting notes. It's a happening spot with delicious, locally sourced food available as well.
