“Top Notch, one of the best places to go have some delicious food and drinks! Happy hour is the best in town... especially if you like perfected 6$ old fashions and a 10$ pulled pork sandwich with a side of slaw. The people are wonderful, service is too, and the atmosphere is welcoming, just like the town of Twisp itself. I love this place...ohhh and the counter tops at the bar, Amazing! There's nothing not to like at the 1908!!”
“The coffee is excellent. The selection of pastry items is extensive. The folks behind the counter are cheerful. Plenty of tables and chairs inside and out. The best reason to go to downtown Twisp is Cinnamon Twisp Bakery. You won’t be disappointed.”
“Super friendly person behind the counter. Great coffee. I was able to get a vanilla cold brew and it was spectacular. ? Also got a smoothie and a red bull splitzer and all were good.”
“LAFONDA! You. Are. Killing. It. Tonight we celebrated my most amazing sister In law! I love this restaurant because it’s family owned/operated by some seriously talented humans. We have been eating here for years, and tonight was so busy, but still the same great smiles ( although I couldn’t see them, I know what they look like) and customer service. Thank you for being a staple in this tiny town that needs you! The blackened chicken sandwich is like an explosion of seasonings, add some avocado, so delicious. The carne asada is usually my go to, never once have I not loved it! Some margaritas to top it for the birthday girl!”
“The quality and flavor are on par with the big city taco trucks. We tried the tortas, tacos, and sopes and will come again when the taco craving hits us. I would love to see a spicy salsa option!”
“Only thing that could improve this place is being able to eat it there (so I don't have to wait to enjoy the deliciousness until I get home) but other than that it is amazing.”
“Had lunch and some brews here today after a very very long ski. Beer was perfect (lots of options) and my BBQ burger we insanely good. Mushroom burger was also ordered and it was great too! Burgers come solo so if you want fries, don't forget to order!”
“An incredible find. Some of the best coffee in the Pacific Northwest, this place would be competitive in any Seattle neighborhood. An on-site roaster with plenty of seating, ample parking and excellent drinks at very reasonable prices.”
“We were in Winthrop for a hockey tournament but came here for Friday karaoke night. The place was busy and had a diverse group of patrons. Staff were welcoming and efficient, and the bar had a good beer selection. Karaoke was well-run, and the end-of- night sing-along was fun.Parking: In the evening, at least, parking is plentiful on both sides of the street.”
“30 years in business! That says it all. Friendly home town service and delicious pizza at this restaurant in Twisp. Hopefully, it will be around for another 30 years!!! Take out or take and bake only at the time of this review.”
“The food is really inventive and tasty. The wine and beer selections are well appointed. They fave fun live music on Fridays. A lot of seating inside with a nice deck out back overlooking the Methow River…..swoon Good Job! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
“8 family members had a dinner at the Arrowleaf while home for the holidays. We driven by it a bunch but never dined and well, it was awesome. Winthrop is not an easy place to give a gourmet dining experience too just based on the small local population and the influx of out of ownership that may or may not come from Seattle for the weekend so I tip my hat to the guys for bringing the noise. We ordered in a shared style and had the Red Wine & Herb Sous Vide New York Steak, Crispy Brussel Sprouts, the Pepper Jelly Baked Brie, Seared Scallops, the Tuscan Lamb Braise, the waffle fries, Lemongrass & Coconut Grilled Prawns, Mushroom Risotto of the house cocktails including the Limoncello Margarita and the mezcal, lemon lime & red wine float. Everyone enjoyed it all. The scallops were my favorite followed by the steak. The Tuscan Lamb was actually my last favorite. Just didn't hit my pallete this night but cooked fine. We were too full to order dessert and we had a nice long dinner together. We'll be back hopefully in the summer!”
“Loves all the vegetarian options!!! Wife said The Jupiter Salad was the best salad she’s ever had! The samosa was great and and the South Bowl with smoky tempeh was wonderful!”
“You will not find better service in all of the PNW! On top of that the coffee is consistently amazing the food is better than any drive through espresso stand that I’ve ever been to.Katie sets a high standard and it shows!!!!!”
“Best priced hats anywhere I have found. We love the Iron Work too. We purchased drawer and kitchen cabinet pulls and it really added the finished touches we were looking for in our cabin. Such a great store.”
“Good spot to get decent pizza. Order ahead if you can.Parking: I'm usually able to find parking but it can get full quickly. Also getting out is a challenge with a non-compete car.”
“the proprietor, jp, and staff are way more than reason enough to go to this place. they're delightful. but the food is delicious, clever, creative, excellent. thank you.”
“What an awesome little winery. Some traditional selections but also some wines that are less common in the states. I loved the Cabernet Franc/Merlot and my wife also loved the Semmiion/Pinot Gris. All of the wines are beautifully finished. Our host was Deb. She was super knowledgeable and so friendly.”
“Great brunch stop on my day off The hot choc.is So delicious!! Muffins are amazing & egg scrambles Devine!! Also so many choices! Also glad you are now open 7 days per week !! I’ll pass the word!!”
“We loved the veggie breakfast burritos here so much we had them twice on our recent trip to Winthrop. The blueberry scone (fresh made very morning!) was also delicious, as was the Blue Star coffee. Cute place and friendly staff.”
“Three Fingered Jack's is a great place to grab lunch; their burgers are a fan favorite in our family. Staff is super friendly, even when busy. Thanks for working so hard to feed the masses!”
“Cozy on the inside, with a spacious riverside deck area.Came during off season so crowds were light. Staff were charming and warm (the regulars too).Solid American pub fare. Had a Reuben and wasn't disappointed. Thick cut pastrami with fresh cheese and kraut.Garlic waffle fries were the perfect amount of crispy.Stuck with the stouts. All were quite good.Hooligan stout was a great baseline. A solid stout balanced well across all stats -- sweetness, bitterness, mouth feel, color, etc.MeliPorta Stout had plenty of vanilla and cocoa notes. Sweet, almost like someone dipped their cake in my glass.Imperial Stout was my favorite. A real winner. Not at all overly hoppy like many Imperials tend to be. Amazing color, again good balance of stats.”
“The tequila selection and experience is amazing. Great margarita and the special was delicious. The host brought extra habanero for our salads to make it spicier. We had a great night.”
“Was very glad we ate here last night. Our server Davidson was very good. Friendly, knowledgeable. Drinks were good and our steaks and vegetables were prepared as we had requested. Never felt rushed at any time. Will definitely be back.”
“We had a wonderful family dinner. The setting was beautiful, the service was great, staff were all super friendly and accommodating of our family (including young children) and the meal was delicious. We are so glad we dined here!”
“We had the local sandwich and it was top notch! So delicious, the flavor and texture was perfection! I also had the European Hot Chocolate which was the best Hot Coco I’ve ever had in my life. The staff was so kind and helpful and the food came out in less then 10 minutes. Would recommend!”
“What a great addition to the Twisp restaurant scene! Tappi exceeds expectations. We ordered the Country Salad, the House Salad, the Linda and Uncle Feiix pizzas and the Polenta. Everything served piping hot by the friendliest servers. Word had gotten out, so definitely make a reservation. It's a small but mighty space. Next time I'll try the house made pasta.”
