I get pretzels here frequently and the young man that works there is polite and tries hard to get your order in a timely matter... They sometimes are pretty busy but worth the wait.
We have tried several times to purchase a pretzel or pretzel nuggets when we've gone to the mall but they never have them ready. We always have to wait 10-15 minutes. This time we waited. We purchased an order of the large pretzel nuggetts. They used to be thick, soft, and chewy. This time they were thin and hard. Almost like they were older but we watched them take the pan out of the oven. I sadly think I'll pass next time we're shopping at the mall.
What can I say? Ubiquitous pretzel snack place that is found in malls all across the land. I have always had a good snack from them, and the pretzels are always soft and reasonably fresh. It is the best place in the mall to get something to eat when you don't want a full meal or can't wait for food.
