Been there twice now...order wrong BOTH times. Customer service is HORRIBLE...if I could give 0 stars I would. This is a franchisee who is embarrassing the DQ brand. Corporate should be made aware.

I guess I have to leave another review since they took mine down, but my experience was horrible! I walked up to the counter and waited literally 10 mins before getting any help, the staff just stared at me and argued who was gonna help me. Then when someone did come and help me she walk to me and just stared at me till I had to just order, plus there was no other customers in there besides me. Horrible experience, this place is known to be a horrible and the owner has done nothing to fix it. It’s so sad

I love Dairy Queen don’t get me wrong but this one at this location is terrible they always close their store early I’m a store manager my self. I believe you guys need to hire a new management team i waist my gas every other weekend to drive over there for what the manger closing early and just hanging out in there car unacceptable.

Waited over 20 minutes for two Blizzards, we were the only people in the store and the drive thru was slow. Employees seemed annoyed when we walked in and ordered, and as we were waiting spoke with vulgar language to each other very loudly in the back. They were apologetic when we said we hadn't gotten our food yet but basically said "oops we haven't made those yet." We'll be going to the West Valley DQ from this point on.

My peanut butter cup blizzard was so good blended perfectly. I come to this dairy queen every so often and when I do their blizzard, never disappoints never running you like some of the other ones I’ve gone to…ice cream to candy Mix in ratio perfect.

This place serves moldy food !!!!!!! Nasty disgusting! Then called to let them know and the young guy that answered the phone was so clueless he didn't ask for a name or how they were going to fix the problem.

Ordering food was very hard due to attendant was preoccupied. Flies everywhere and very poor service. I had ordered the barbecue chicken basket and we were alone in restaurant. The food came cold and not enough barbecue sauce. I went up front to get more and an employee asked me what I had got I said chicken please give me barbecue sauce he was very rude and acted as though I was stealing something. I won’t go there again.

Just gave them their last opportunity to serve a product worthy of the money they charge and it did not happen.I got a fish sandwich with brown wilted bad lettuce and a bun so chewy I had to throw it out.This is the third time I have had either bad food or bad service from this Union Gap location.

I just got home from going there maybe 15 minutes ago and all I can say is it's the third time they've messed up and it'll be the last time I go there ever again, nor will my family and every friend or person I can stop from going there. I ordered a small chocolate blizzard with fudge and brownie bits as well as a small order of fries and they repeated the order back to me. When I finally got to the window they handed me a small chocolate slop that wasn't turned upside down because if they did it would have gooped all over the place had they tried and the total came to over $12! I asked where are my fries and they didn't have any fries on the order even though they repeated it back to me, they just wanted $12 for a small chocolate blizzard. Even with tax I don't see how a small Blizzard could have come for $12, maybe $7, and that is just outrageous. That $5 markup I consider as a goodbye tip. Make sure they remember to give you a receipt should you risk going here, because you're likely going to need a refund or something wrong with your order to be corrected. I'm curious how long they expect the public to put up with this before that location ends up closing down.
