Ordered the chicken strip meal on 3/2/24. The toast was burnt and the fries were warm not hot making them chewy and not enjoyable. I asked for a replacement batch but the cook thought just refrying the cold fries would appease me. All this did was make them chewy, tough, and dark due to being overcooked now. I pointed out their error and asked for a fresh replacement batch from the bag. The replacement batch was decent but the cook here likes to cut corners and needs some retraining on fry reconstitution. Won’t be back.

Waited over 40 minutes on my lunch for a 3-piece basket will everyone else was getting their food. When I asked the third time, they had accidentally marked it as complete. Horrible service, will never come here again.

Absolute worse service and rip off. Went in and were the only ones in line. Waited 15 min for 2 Med Blizzards. Got small Blizzards in a Medium size cup. Wasn't filled anywhere near the rim. Waited way too long and got Ripped off. Never again.

Been there twice now...order wrong BOTH times. Customer service is HORRIBLE...if I could give 0 stars I would. This is a franchisee who is embarrassing the DQ brand. Corporate should be made aware.

I guess I have to leave another review since they took mine down, but my experience was horrible! I walked up to the counter and waited literally 10 mins before getting any help, the staff just stared at me and argued who was gonna help me. Then when someone did come and help me she walk to me and just stared at me till I had to just order, plus there was no other customers in there besides me. Horrible experience, this place is known to be a horrible and the owner has done nothing to fix it. It’s so sad

I love Dairy Queen don’t get me wrong but this one at this location is terrible they always close their store early I’m a store manager my self. I believe you guys need to hire a new management team i waist my gas every other weekend to drive over there for what the manger closing early and just hanging out in there car unacceptable.
Second time I come by in a Saturday night at 9PM and it’s closed.

Waited over 20 minutes for two Blizzards, we were the only people in the store and the drive thru was slow. Employees seemed annoyed when we walked in and ordered, and as we were waiting spoke with vulgar language to each other very loudly in the back. They were apologetic when we said we hadn't gotten our food yet but basically said "oops we haven't made those yet." We'll be going to the West Valley DQ from this point on.

My peanut butter cup blizzard was so good blended perfectly. I come to this dairy queen every so often and when I do their blizzard, never disappoints never running you like some of the other ones I’ve gone to…ice cream to candy Mix in ratio perfect.
