This place has really good food and really great prices, but the employees are so lazy and forgetful. The last two times I went here they have messed up our order. But for some reason today we got an extra fry, so I can't complain about that.
This location in particular has disappointed on several occasions. Today, somehow the ice cream was watery with definite ice crystals. They also messed up the order so badly we gave up on correcting it. Not sure why this location - which is nearly new - is so much worse than other locations.

My cheeseburger was smothered in mustard, not appealing, and the meat was dry. Two of us ordered the same cheeseburger, but one with no pickles. They weren't marked, so we had to figure it out. Isn't that what the diagram on the wrapper is for? And the girl at the window barely made contact, no smile or greeting.
