First time customer and wish we had a location in the Tri-Cities. Everything was outstanding!! Be sure and come hungry they are good size portions or plan on taking some home.

Loved the Birria Tacos, rice and beans. Hubby loved the Al Pastor! We will be back! Just passing through town.
Kid-friendliness: We brought a busy special needs child and it was fine for him. We don’t go just anywhere for him. Plenty of space!

Came in the store close to closing and a girl names Hennessy was more than willing to take our order regardless, she happily made it and served us in good timing , food was delicious and staff was really nice.

This local version of Chipotle offers more menu options and has become a favorite among locals, especially young people. However, it can get quite busy, leading to slower and less attentive service when it comes to taking and preparing your food. To get the best experience, try visiting during less busy hours.
Here are some useful details:
- Food: The meats tend to be somewhat dry. The food portions are generous, and their hot sauce packs more heat compared to Chipotle or Taco Bell.
- Service: The staff is friendly but lacks experience, may struggle with orders during busy times.
- Ambiance: Fast-food style restaurant.
- Price: Average, though guacamole is pricey for the amount you get.
- Restroom: Clean but lacks a diaper changing station.
- Parking: Ample and free of charge.

Not sure what the hype is about. Some of the worst Mexican food I’ve had in a while. The Carne Asada didn’t smell fresh, the beans were strange, and the rice was even more strange. First time visitor, last time visiting.

I thoroughly enjoyed my asada fries! The choices of toppings were fresh and tasty and generous. Service was a little bit slow, but we were there right at 12:30 and there was a line. The restaurant felt spacious and clean. I'll be back!

The service was slow, I'm not going to lie. BUT!! They were training TWO new people. They were so so so so kind and tried their absolute best and you could see that. They were full of smiles and truly grateful for the business. The food was delicious. The tortillas were worth the money alone.I'm excited to go back when the new girls are a bit more efficient. Definitely worth it.
