I'm not sure why so many negative reviews for this place. Yes, it's on the pricey side. Everyone has different likes and I like Panera food, and I like to think it's on the healthier side of daily options. I've been in several times in the last year and it's always clean-ish (crumbs on tables). Wonderful service and kind staff. My current favorite is the Flatbread Chipotle chicken yum! I also recently discovered their breakfast menu which is tasty too! It's worth a try, and make your own choice.

Everything is overpriced and the food is mediocre at best. For the price I can stop at a sit down restaurant and get decent service. An employee wanted to charge me $6 for a cup with a straw for water for my toddler and was pretty rude about it.Go to a local brewery or coffee shop instead. Same price, food will be better, and you'll get reasonable service.

Not happy at all with this place. Have tried going back and it is flat out garbage. Who wants to pay 15 bucks for a sandwich with one small chunk of turkey on it, wilted slimey lettuce, almost balck avocado and a pound of mayonnaise. This was supposed to be a melt sith bacon but there was no cheese or bacon and was a cold cut on bread that juat fell a part. I will never go back here. Waste of money and time.

I ordered the turkey avocado blt. It was basically a bread sandwich. One extremely small piece of turkey that didn't even cover 1/2 of the bread, a tiny spread of browned avocado, an old watery slice of tomato & a piece of wilted, brown on the ends lettuce. Added to it was maybe a knife swipe of mayo that covered less than 1/8th of the sandwich. It was so dry, I took 4 bites & thru it away. I'm turned off of Panera forever!
I keep ordering to go orders and constantly keep getting items forgotten which causes me to drive an extra 45 mins to get the food and come back home. Also their soups have changed alot. Broccoli soup used to be thick and now is watery.
