I made an error on a pick up time and they were able to accommodate the actual time that I needed my food. They didn't have to but we're very generous and able to accommodate. Thank you. Food is great and so is the service,, ❤
This location is a classic example of comfort with awards that I have not seen in other locations. I ordered a bacon egg cheese sandwich which was prepared and quickly. Service was great, Gwen greeted me after I walked in. Atmosphere was calming and relaxing, chairs and fireplace felt like home.
We rarely eat out, we are older. And Panera’s menu is not easy to navigate. The cashier, Abby graciously and patiently explained the process several times! We finally understood. Abby never appeared rushed; in fact she was smiling and calm. I want her to know we appreciate her kindness and intelligent communication.
