This is my absolute favorite Starbucks, the crew is so pleasant and welcoming when I go there. My drink is always perfect and I always leave there with a smile on my face. I stopped in there last week and Sean and Leo where getting ready to close and they both stopped what they were doing and gave me awesome customer service.
i go here to study and it's never too busy, music is at normal volume. leo always makes my drink correctly and yummers, specifically matcha latte. it's always so creamy rather than when i go to a different location it's grainy and not mixed. sean is also welcoming and gives me good recommendations and clarifies what i want to drink and im happy with the result (bc honestly i never know what im really ordering)
There’s something comforting about pulling into the Starbucks drive-thru and hearing Leo or Sean on the headset. Even when the line curls around the building and the espresso machines sound like they’re training for a marathon, the two somehow manage to make every interaction feel personal.
