Our server Cris was amazing and always made sure we were satisfied and weren’t missing anything,also had an amazing sense of humor which made us feel very welcome.He needs a raise and maybe a chain of Applebees ran by him.

We came to Applebee’s as a party of 12 to celebrate my son’s 20th birthday, and the experience was genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. The staff was accommodating and made sure we felt comfortable despite our large group size. We were seated promptly with no wait upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise given how busy restaurants can be these days.

Service was attentive without being intrusive—our food came out quickly, and drink refills were timely and effortless. Even with small children in our group, the atmosphere was relaxed and engaging enough to keep them entertained. Prices were reasonable, especially considering how expensive dining out has become lately.

There was plenty of parking, which made logistics easy for everyone. The only minor disappointment was that they wouldn’t sing “Happy Birthday,” but they did bring out a complimentary dessert for my son, which was a thoughtful touch.

Overall, Applebee’s made our celebration smooth and enjoyable. We’d definitely return for another family gathering!

Came in on a Sunday with my mom and my daughter to have lunch. Service was horrible, we waited for someone to come to our table for about 20 mins and then just lost patience because the server came to another table that was there after us. Mind you the restaurant wasn’t even busy, very disappointing.

Dear Anthony, you are the worst server on planet earth. At first we had empty waters, never checked up walked right past us. Second, He seated someone else 15 mins after us and gave them their appetizers and food before us. After that he brought our food out it was all very cold it was a different sever who brought the food out. At the end we were all sitting there and I was paying for me and my girlfriend’s food with cash but he never checked up to give us a check. The whole time he never checked for our empty water and we asked him for sauce and he forgot both times and he left all our empty cups(we counted 9 cups at one point),the menu never got moved, and our appetizer plates. Just a terrible experience all around.
Also he brought out mayo packets on a platter idk if it was a joke or not. This was on Friday 27th of June.

Go for happy hour, 3 to 6pm and again, 9pm to Midnight! Good selection of 5, 6 and 7 dollar happy hour drinks and finger foods! I had the New Bourban Street Chicken Andouille Sausage and Penne a week ago and today i had the Bourbon Chicken with Schrimp, Brocoli and side sauces butter garlic and creamy cheese. Its not on the happy hour special unfortunately but worth the extra price. I like Applebee's, they always deliver good quality meals, drinks and service at a reasonable prices!
