I stopped by yesterday afternoon. The Caucasian lady was so kind and very knowledgeable about the flavors.

Thank you Bliss Ice Cream for WINNING at weddings! We’ve always adored Bliss for their delicious, local-made ice cream + amazing customer service! We decided to skip the cake (not our thing) and have Bliss serve 6 incredible flavors at our wedding on July 12th at The Realm in Tacoma! Mint chip, salted caramel, PB bliss, raspberry sorbet, honey lavender and fudgy brownie were all a hit. They made the contract incredibly smooth and easy for us, a gift when you’re wedding planning! Shout out to our scooper, Ryan, for bringing the smile and energy! Our fam and friends keep talking about it (126 total) AND we got to bring home whatever wasn’t eaten, so we’re about to have some ice cream socials with the neighbors. 👏

If I could give zero stars I would. When we walked in no one greeted us or even acknowledged us for that matter. We stood there for about two minutes before our order was taken. On top of that I was charged $12.35 for two scoops of ice cream on a waffle cone, and the audacity to give us two little scoops for that price is absurd. They did not have very many flavors of ice cream and the flavors they did have were wack. Terrible customer service and way too expensive for little scoops of ice cream. We will NOT be back.

Natural ingredients with to dyes. Many different offerings. employees were friendly and helpful. Give out samples to help determine which flavors to purchase

-I got three pints of ice-cream. I was suppose to get “cookie dough”, but they gave me “Cookie Monster”. They are not the same. Also all of their containers look exactly the same except for the extremely small print meant to label the ice cream. Maybe that’s why they made the mistake.
-They were not ready when they opened for business. The door was open, but it looked like they were in the middle of swapping out all of the ice-cream. So they didn’t have a lot of options at the time I walked in. Could have prepared better IMO.
-Overall I did not have a good experience. The ice cream I got was ok, but nothing amazing. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this place to anyone, but I also would not dissuade them either.

Love love love that anyone can get a treat here. Gluten free,dairy free, vegan, normal ice cream? They have jt all with variety! Normally there is one dairy free option. Here there are typically about 6 options. Our go to celebration with friends treat spot because I don’t have to think about it and everyone is automatically included beautifully.

Bliss was fantastic to work with for our Wedding! We wanted something just about everyone would like and can't go wrong with ice cream! Bliss has plenty of flavors to choose from, all of the flavors are delicious. Bliss and team were great to work with, we had nothing but great complements from our guests for our ice cream choices! My wife & I are Bliss customers for life now!

One of my fave places to go to for icecream!! This place is such a gem in such a suburban city/town! I've taken a few of my friends here with me who have all loved it! I love getting their flights and they make it look so aesthetically pleasing!

The ice cream stands out against other shops in the area but to really top it off, we did an online order and because they didn’t have a vegan, gluten-free option that we requested, they gave us an entire pint of another vegan, gluten-free ice cream to replace it, for free— great customer service and ice cream and a huge thank you to the staff for that nice gesture.

We recently used Bliss for our wedding! This was absolutely a crowd favorite. There was a line the minute they showed up to right before they left. They brought their ice cream bike cart and it was an adorable touch to our day. All the flavors of ice cream we picked were absolutely delicious and the gal that came to serve was so sweet and professional! If you’re looking to do something more unique for you event or big day Bliss is the place!

I have two children with Celiac Disease who are huge ice cream lovers. We just visited for the first time and the lol on my 9 year old son’s face when he found out he could have a waffle cone was beyond priceless. The service we got was amazing and don’t even get me started on the ice cream. I can truly say this is now going to be our family’s go to ice cream shop from now on.

Back in May, my husband and I grabbed some ice cream after leaving Wholefoods. Sadly, 2 days later, I ended up very sick at the ER. They said there was no gluten in the butterscotch ice cream, but clearly there was because I had symptoms/side affects for quite sometime afterwards. I called to verify the ingredients. They assured us that the online ingredients haven't been updated, but the new pamphlet shows gluten free. I haven't been back since. It took a lot for me to write this review because the customer service is phenomenal, but there appears to be traces of gluten in so called non-gluten options.
