They need to work on your customer service and when someone walks in ask if they need help or were you served yet.

Let’s be honest the spoon portion is there for a reason. How are going to grab your portion but be stingy and shake 1 piece off. Now that crazy. I’ll find myself elsewhere. Won’t be coming again. Qdoba sounding real nice about now.

The employees are polite, but the food is not the same anymore. The portions are much smaller, the chips are always stale, and I’ve seen better effort when making someone’s food on the Vegas vacation cheap buffet. Don’t even get me started on how the pricing has gone up as well. The photo here are of my tacos with fajitas. I had to get a photo right when I opened this up.

My order was fresh and prepared how I ordered it. I ordered online and picked it up. It was ready when promised and tasted great.

I asked them to check with the person who bagged my order if they put utensils in the bag, he straight up refused saying they do that will all orders

The portions keep getting smaller and smaller. This was a burrito with Guacamole and “large” chips. Online order. Literally $20.

I understand inflation, we’re all dealing with it, but Chipotle is driving away customers looking for value.

Your location phone number gives no real person to talk to. It’s an automated system that gets you nowhere.

Paid for tortilla chips but they were stale. We requested another bag and it was still stale.

Excellent food and service today

Hello I witnessed a customer steal today in one of your stores located in University Place WA. She asked for extra rice, cheese, etc for her bowl. Requested a water cup. She then fills it with soda as the soda machine can’t be seen from the counter. This was order #180 around 2:23 pm. White lady in her thirties? Her plate is BZH8630. In a tan Jeep. Have a photo of her car. I know it’s only a $3 item but it’s still wrong. Store was very nice and clean, quick, friendly staff. Maybe don’t give out free water cups?

I came in and ordered brisket in my burrito. I paid cash. No one said the brisket was bbq or that I could taste it prior to putting it in the burrito (brisket is a cut not a flavor). I called and was told I might get a refund, but probably not.

I was also told, You could’ve tried it before you put it in.” No one told me that I could while I was ordering. It’s a Latin leaning flavored restaurant, nothing in that works with bbq!!! It was a horrible burrito and the manager said he couldn’t do anything about it. An over 20 dollar burrito!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? Don’t go here, there’s no agency given to the staff, and no responsibility for customer education on their product. Absolutely rude, and won’t be back to any Chipotle chain again. Street taco trucks will be the order of the day from now on. I encourage you to do the same.

Update: decided to eat it anyways since I wasn’t getting it swapped or refunded (preferably swapped for something good.) I ended up eating pieces of avocado skin. Maybe the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. In fact, never been to a bad one until now.

My friend who recommended this place to me, saw the burrito I received and told me it was much smaller than the burritos they always give him. He’s a regular customer at this location too.

My burrito was 3/4 the length of a plastic water bottle, so roughly 6 inches. It tasted good. Just lacking in portion like much of the reviews are saying, which I did read before going here. Cost me about $11 and some change (that’s including the tax) for the burrito with no costly options added.

I got two burritos. One was a complete dripping mess of liquid pouring out. The other one was the smallest burrito I've ever seen anywhere, picture included - a full steak burrito with rice and beans and everything. Tortillas were oddly chewy and tasted old. Credit card machine did not work. Most disappointing chipolte I've ever been to. Date was 1/11/25

Food sloppy when made for to go orders and items always missing. Caught employees eating food while on the line.
