Love this cutters point! The baristas are so personable and make a great cup of coffee! They remember my name and my coffee order! Its aways clean, atmosphere is relaxing- I come in here to do my homework and study and always have a great experience!

This is a great comfortable setting with plenty of seating including for larger groups.
The coffee and other beverages are always plenty good and the staff has always been very nice.
I don't know how the food is here as I normally don't eat anything at coffee shops. It might be 5 stars, it looks pretty "coffee shop average" so I assume that's what to expect.

During the week staff are wonderful even the other staff over the weekend. But this weekend staff on September 22 was horrible.
I'm the type of person that barely complains when the order is different but I would say my drink tasted so revolting. I can taste uncleaned espresso machine because how sour and acidic it makes it. Not only that but we asked for a oat milk decaf mocha frap for a friend who is allergic to dairy, they gave us a regular mocha frap with dairy. Which is a hazard. I do not like these new workers yes they are new but they should've known better about cleaning the espresso machine frequently.
Yes the new weekend staff was nice but is under skilled and lack of awareness.
For now I'm avoiding going to the weekend because the weekday staff are amazing and knowledgeable.
But thanks to the one lady in pearl Street for remaking the awful mistake that the university place location made. She made it perfectly.
the baristas have a superiority complex which i do not like, not girls girls. they repeat my drink back to me at least thrice and then forget and ask me a fourth time, and every time they end up giving me the wrong thing anyways :(

My friend said you can no longer order for pick up. Who orders coffee 24 hrs ahead? Ridiculous. This is the reason many coffee places are losing customers and revenue. They either don't want to work as hard or don't know what they are doing. I don't support starbucks but they are fast and do pick up orders efficiently. Smh, with this type of economy, you have to think about what's bringing in revenue.
