The drive-thru cashier is very rude, they should change her, she presses a lot when you are ordering

I love DQ but they forgot the toast in both chicken baskets. By the time I got my food from the drive through the blizzards had mostly melted, while multiple orders after mine were fulfilled. Limp as hell fries. The gravy was more like paste. Avoid this location.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! They overcharge for food that never ends up in your bag.

My husband can to the drive through to get a banana blizzard. We get them all the time, had one last night. The guy at the window 6/3/25 @8:30 pm, told him we don't sell them. He said I don't know who did that but they weren't suppose too. My husband said, i get them or a strawberry and banana all the time for my wife. He daus again we don't make those. My husband said that's a joke, he said, no you're a joke!!! My husband was to angry to go in and talk to manager. Im a professional person, and this is terrible, rude customer service. We will not be returning.

Son's Blizzard was fresh and good. My S'mores Blizzard looked like it had been sitting for 20 minutes. It was runny and the fillings soggy. Even the chocolate had started to melt. Event the employee knew it was wrong because he didn't flip it. Should have asked him to. I only took it because I wanted to get home, big mistake.

Literally had to wait 10 minutes for cold food. Asked for ranch and buffalo sauce and they gave me blue cheese and bbq sauce. Terrible service, will not return.

The chili dog, the fries and the chicken strips were all excellent - and the cherry Mr Misty was superb!

Pulled up and they weren’t serving ice cream. Dairy QUEEN not serving ICE CREAM smh

Asked then to remake my blizzard because it wasn’t blended they didn’t even flip it upside down the lady then refused so I asked for her manager she claimed she “was one of them” she said if I made a complaint against her that she would say I was harassing her never go here !

food is always good. but this certain visit for some reason really rubbed me the wrong way it’s easter morning at 11 am and i’m getting some food for my family i wanted four $7 meal deals but we were figuring out if we wanted anything else and the flavors and sides and everything but we just kept getting asked… “kay… anything else” just short rushed answers after every item we said, then when i said i needed a second to figure out the last item i took less than two minute to choose i finally had let the girl know what we wanted and she let out a big sigh of frustration and was like okay is that all i finally told her one more item that wasn’t even a full order i wanted because i felt so rushed. i understand it’s easter you don’t want to be there, but there was NO ONE in line and NO ONE in store. get your stuff together girl.

Clean, fast service with outdoor seating area. Good place to people watch.

I mean the ice cream is good. But they can’t make the chicken strip baskets correctly.
And when we were ordering in the drive thru with nobody behind us. We sat there for only 30 seconds trying to decided what to order - when they told us rudely “to park and come in” nobody was behind us.

It's ok. The fries are alright. The spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy, had wilted lettuce, and a soggy tomato. The chicken itself was cooked well but had no flavor. The blizzard was really good. Another customer was giving the workers some sass and they handled it really well and were nice. The employees seem pretty chill.
