Doesn’t take coupons

I have nothing against the staff at this location. I used to be able to order my free pizza, earned with my rewards and just pay tax, delivery fee and a tip but now there is a $23 order minimum to get it delivered. Some of us can’t afford that and are counting on an actual free pizza when we need it. I promised my kid pizza for dinner and now I can’t afford to have it delivered. The order minimum should be WAY less than what it is because if somebody’s getting their free pizza, what makes you think that they can spend $23 on top of that? I don’t really write reviews, but this is horrible. This is just another way to screw people over and force people to spend more and I’m done with domino’s altogether now. Maybe in the future, advertise it as a free carry out pizza or free pizza with an order of $23 or more. Do SOMETHING so people aren’t wasting their time putting an order together just to not get their food because our orders don’t meet your requirements. If I went through with this order, it would be $23 for the order minimum, delivery fee, tax and I would still have to leave a tip. That doesn’t sound very free to me. I now have a very upset child so I would like to thank you for that.

I tried this place again after 5 years! I regret it! They now charge for the little tiny packets of salts/pepper/etc! So much for great customer service and hospitality! LOL.
Food was atrocious, too! Cheesy bread was anything but cheesy and bready (it was more like dough and rubber). Pizza was subpar!
Will not come back here, even in 5 years!

I’m so tired of these corporations and their scams and fake discounts or coupons. 50$ for two medium pizzas with barely any toppings is a total joke and a rip off. I will never order dominos again.

Order a pizza from the app and Parked 5 to 10 minutes early before it was ready. When it said ready, I probably took three minutes four minutes to get my stuff and get out of the car to go inside. Well, they couldn’t find the pizza they had already gave it to the person that was right before me and so then they ended up remaking. It didn’t offer me a refund a coupon anything.. So really 40 minutes later, I got a pizza and it had so much grease. The crust was soaked, literally soaked And soggy!! Coming through the bottom of the box.

I called the 1905 Bridgeport Way Domino's in UP, but couldn't get connected to an actual person and had questions their inefficient automated system couldn't answer... eventually I just gave up and went to Round Table, spoke to a real person and placed my order.
If I order from Domino's it won't be this location.

Josh Nicholson and the crew helped me out big time tonight. The Domino's website was acting up, and I had trouble processing the order. It kept trying to process, and I was worried about overpayment. So I went in person, and Josh was able to verify the order didn't go through. Then he help me get to the pay in store option so I could use my rewards and the online deal we always get. This is the main Domino's we always go to. Every time, I have a wonderful experience even when they are busy. But Josh rocked it tonight, and I so appreciate it being a loyal customer.
