Our go to Dominos always fresh, hot on delivery, made to order perfectly and the staff are exceptional.

20 minutes drive time is unacceptable for a 3 mile drive.

The price for dominos has gone up and their toppings have gone down. I ordered pineapple, black olives and pepperoni and they put a little pepperoni and only 1 pineapple on most pieces and the same with the black olives. I won't be ordering from them anymore.

My pregnant fiancée ordered a medium Philly Cheesesteak pizza with olives added and extra cheese. Seeing the olives and Philly steak on the pizza we thought maybe the green peppers were covered by the extra cheese. Turns out, they gave us a regular cheese pizza with extra cheese and Philly meat and olives.

They have refused to make this right. They have signs up saying that you have to look at your pizza before you go… IT’S NOT MY JOB TO CHECK YOUR WORK!!! Secondly, your signs are showing how bad you guys are at getting the orders out correctly.

This is University Place, people here are doing well enough that you’re not getting scammed, you just suck at getting orders right and aren’t willing to pay for your mistakes. You’re essentially stealing from people. You need to do better. You’ve given me something I didn’t order and refused to make it right. That’s theft in my book, and you won’t be seeing our business again until it’s made right.

The pizza was excellent. I guess the price was to considering I had a discount. I'm curious as to why they would expect a tip because I was a walk-in customer. Hmmmm...

As a vegetarian for medical reasons I am always so pissed when I have to pick pieces of ham and bacon out of my pizza. My last pizza was inedible due to all the surprise toppings. Bread bites used to be a safe bet but recently they have been more like grease gushers instead of bread bites. What the heck Dominos? Why do I feel like every time I order dominos there’s about a 20% chance it’ll be good and an 80% chance it’ll end up in the trash? Please clean up your toppings and make the bread bites edible again. No one likes these gusher bites. Ew.

Here's a subjective question: have any of you people who haven't tried Dominos regret your decision? If you said yes, great job. If you said no, THINK AGAIN. Dominos pizza is the most rejuvinating type of pizza. I recommend the pineapple.

I had my younger brother who is disabled help order a pizza for the family, the person on the phone was very rude, inconsiderate. and all around unprofessional. My brother kept laughing on the phone as he is uncomfortable calling people, and because of this the employee blacklisted my phone number and cancelled our order. I do not recommend this establishment under any circumstances!

It took nearly two hours to receive my pizza. When I put my order in the app said it would be 35-42 minutes to be delivered.I got a notice through the app for all the updates on my order. At 911pm I got a notice that me pizza was out of the oven. 945 pm still no pizza. So, I called and got the manager and asked for status on my order. He said it's still sitting here and not even out for delivery. I said wow ok...I asked when it would be delivered, and he said I don't know maybe another 25-35 more minutes. This is not acceptable. I am sure the pizza is really good at this point. I asked if he thought this was ok for a customer? Hoping he would maybe offer a coupon or something for the inconvenience. That didn't happen and he literally said, yeah it is what it is. At that point I asked for his name and hung up on me.Yes, hung up on me. The time was now 10pm and the store was closed and no answer when I called back. The rock-hard cold pizza and cheesy bread showed up on our porch at 1020pm. No, we did not eat the pizza and we paid on the app 33 bucks which included a tip. I will never use this establishment again.
