Great staff, timely service, and they don’t judge me for ordering pizza multiple times a week!Vegetarian options: Everything is fully customizable to fit your dietary needs. They have pizza, pasta, sandwiches, and a lot of other options and you can add or take out anything you want!Dietary restrictions: If you use the dominoes app, it’s really easy to customize your food and monitor what ingredients your using. The staff are also really good about making sure the orders are made correctly.

Ordered at 11:30. App said "1-11 minutes left" a half hour ago. Still sitting in the lobby waiting for the pizzas. Not sure if the app or the employees are to blame but this isn't exactly what you'd expect.

I was a little nervous to order from here judging by the recent reviews but I got pizza, bacon and jalapeno cheese bread, and the cookie brownie and it was all A+ ? Hot and delivered quick.Brady was the prep cook per the tracker so if you get him ya boy got you ?

Placed an online order and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes. After 1 hour, I called the store and the order hadn't been started. Even after the call, it took them 30 minutes to start preparing my order. I've deleted my dominos app and have completely given up on dominos as a franchise after this experience

Unfortunately, we had many things wrong on our recent order. We had a large order and were told 30-35 minutes. When we arrived on time, our order wasn't even in the oven yet and we had to wait another half hour (*we ordered early for we have a family member who works nights, he didn't get to eat because of this). Waiting longer is not the issue though, if we had known a more exact time frame, we could have made other choices. Also, when we arrived, some of the employees were not really communicating (I dunno, maybe they were frazzled, but none of us waiting were really getting answers). While having this conversation, I observed the pizza maker continuously pressing the dough into cornstarch.Our order was then messed up; which they did rectify at pick-up, and the last person to help me was sweet and very concerned with my final business. But ALL our pizzas had a thick 1.5" crust with hardly any pizza real-estate, there was A LOT of unpleasant cornstarch on the bottoms, and were all a bit overcooked. And finally, y'all aren't making fresh salads?? Gosh, a pre-made salad with a plastic film, just isn't as appetizing ☹️We have "always" been very happy with this specific Dominos, have ordered from here 'every' time we wanted pizza... But now are considering not coming back☹️☹️☹️

This is now the second time I have ordered from here. The first time the pizza was great but it took over an hour. Just ordered again tonight. Pizza was overcooked and yet again it took almost an hour, this time I actually called and asked what was going on. I don't care if my pizza takes awhile, what I hate is an overcooked pizza. I asked for extra cheese, paid for it and NOPE. Did not get it. I will go back to Pizza Hut. No apologies or adjusting of my check. I will be honest, if you are going to charge high prices, you better damn well have your act together and give a great product.

I just moved to the Tacoma Titlow Beach area and have a dominos right down the street from me. made an order they completely messed it up when I called back they gave me a credit for the order so I let it go then I called back a month or so later and was told there was no credit on my account and that the best he could do for me was give me 20% off my order. So not only did I have to take my last order that was wrong but now I’m going to order again with the knowledge of being ripped off never again. Lesson learned

Under the old management it might have been late but the pizza was made perfect. Don't know what has happened now but this dominos has backslidden like an old crack addict. We have given this place three times and have been let down even more each time. Sorry guys but need to go back to pizza school. Little Caesar's has more game right now. Coming from a true American food critic.

Recently ordered their carry-out special. Simple order, or so I thought, one Brooklyn style pizza with pineapple and on regular pizza with pepperoni. I asked the mother-in-law to pickup while I was still working.She picked up the pizzas, even left a $4 tip but we found out that both pizzas were pepperoni. Not a big deal but the wife is vegetarian.So I called this store to explain the issue, and was told nicely that is the responsibility of the customer ( not Dominoes) to check all orders. I was even told there are signs all over the restaurant for this.Sadly, we live in a world lacking individual responsibility and accountability. It appears that is now happening at the corporate level. Mistakes will be made from both sides but shouldn’t individuals and corporations try to compromise?Anyhow just know that this Domino branch doesn’t check orders accurately, and it’s your responsibility that they make what you ordered correctly. The University Place Dominos felt that I the customer should have drove back into the store, returned the incorrect pizza, and then they would make the correct pizza we ordered while we wait in the store.Sorry, we won’t endorse an organization that feels quality assurance is the consumer’s responsibility, and not at the corporate level. Thanks for listening to this rant and boo dominos.

When you call the store it connects you to a person that is not at the store. They will take your order, except payment, and tell you a delivery time. However they actually have no idea if the store is even open because they’re not there.

Worse dominos location I ever been to today is the first time I got to a location and food wasn't ready and then all the food was undercooked and tasteless disgusting. We had to go buy more food from somewhere else $80 wastedI will never order from this location again and possibly dominos in general that's how bad my experience was wow

I will never order from here again. When I called to let them know my cheese pizza had Canadian bacon and sausage on it, the manager was very rude and said “I don’t care if I lose you as a customer, I’m way too busy to be dealing with you” and hung up. I’ve never been talked to like that from someone in customer service. So, no thank you.
