Always a favorite as a local! Generous portions, staff are kind and welcoming, and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get my food. Highly recommend, best in the area. Make sure you’re there before 3 for the lunch specials!

It had great food. First place to have sweet and sour chicken for me. Had lots of options for food and had a good vibe. The lady there was really nice and wait time was under 2 minutes. Really great place for teriyaki and oval just great. Really recommend this nice little restaurant for people that just want teriyaki 5 stars

Kid-friendliness: The lady was nice to my grandkid that I brought with me and was not mean whatsoever.

I love the Chicken Katsu! It's crunchy and hot! The sauce is tangy and goes really well with the meat! They give you a lot of chicken, so with the salad and rice all together, it's very filling!
The lighting and music makes the restaurant feel cozy!
5 stars! :D

Be careful when paying cash. Asian lady will try to scam you. I paid $4.60 for two scoops of rice, gave her 20$ cash. She gave me loose change, turned around and acted like that was it. I waited for a minute while she kills time moving plastic bags around hoping I’d walk away. Also while have the register slightly closed. I asked her how much? Because I have her 20$ cash and she chuckled nervously saying “I don’t know what I was thinking.” Don’t be fooled by the Christ music playing. Be careful folks.

I hate to write bad reviews but this place really missed the mark. I tried it twice just to be sure it wasn’t just a bad night. The chicken teriyaki was very basic, but the chicken had a bad burnt char taste. The Katsu was really good! The egg roll and gyoza would have been okay but they were both soggy. The California roll was also good, it was just put in with the hot food so it got soggy and was falling apart trying to pick it up. The thing that really made it bad was the chicken yakisoba. The only flavor present was that of soap. I’m not sure if it actually was or just the oil or something but it didn’t taste like food, it’s just an oily noodle mess. No seasoning and somehow the chicken and veggies had no taste. As a side dish it’s fine but it was my wife’s whole meal and she could only handle a few bites. Overall it’s very low quality, lower than what you get at the mall. I unless you’re hammered or have the munchies, I would look elsewhere for most of the items on the menu.
