So overpriced burger looked nothing like it looks on the screen if we're paying that much a least make it look the actual picture

Hours still say 24hr drive thru on the door. Place is light up like they're open but they have a cone blocking the drive thru

My partner and I got chicken tenders here the other day and we both got really bad food poisoning. We were both throwing up all night.

Funnily enough the tenders tasted really good and we're excellently seasoned though haha

Drive through was empty but still took way too long to get 1 sandwich. Over $8 for just a breakfast sandwich, not a meal just the sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous, won't be back ever again. This jack in the box has been here over 20 years and it's terrible now!

Came by many times around 10:30 when getting home from work and there is always a cone blocking the drive thru lane. Online and the door says they’re open until 12:30. McDonald’s Diet Coke is on another level anyway…

The hours in the app and on Google say this location opens at 6am.I placed my order at 8:50amGet there at 9am and there is a cone blocking the drive-thru. So I park to try and pick my order up inside but the door is locked.As I’m about to leave some girl pulls in and goes inside for work. But before she goes in her coworker that was inside the locked restaurant tells her to move the cone.Looks like they have been doing this for months based on the other reviews.Customer service is non existent at this location as well.And when I asked for a receipt the girl acted as if though that was an in convenience and goes “ I’m not sure I can but let me see”Then I get handed my food bag thats dripping with grease. Mind you I only ordered two breakfast croissants and ONE hash brown.I stopped going to the jack in the box by my house because it had similar service and tried this location today and got even worse service.

Dine-in is not at all a priority here as the dirty floors, broken chairs indicate. Service at the counter was great, accommodating the whims of my grandchildren ordering. The food was good enough.

I’ve never been to a Jack in the Box before. The employees were patient with my menu perusal, made good suggestions based on my tastes and their own, and had great attitudes. Perfect service and personable workers. Can’t say enough how nice the visit was. A true rarity in fast service.

Never open at 6am as they advertise! Never answers the phone , Quality is horrible foods always cold , and drinks are watered down and the prices are insane

I used the webpage to place my order. I was impressed with how well it worked. I had tried their app several times and it NEVER worked. I became frustrated and never used it again! Using the webpage was slick! I got discounted items and my order was hot and ready when I arrived at the drive-up window. I will use it again!Note: I was pleased their milk-shake machine was working. There have been many times in the recent past when it was not.

The service was fast, efficient, and straightforward. The Jack in the Box location was very clean by far the most cleanest jack in the box i’ve seen and the food exceeded my expectations in terms of not being greasy even though it is a fast food place . Bravo to everyone this is definitely worth 5
