I know delivery is more expensive, but $19.37 for a chicken sandwich? Why is this Jack in the Box the only restaurant in the city charging Space Needle prices on doordash?
Employee at drive-thru window was very polite and friendly

If you can't keep employees that can do their job hire ones that can. It is 6:15 am 2 employees in kitchen, one seen me at 6:10 and hid as soon as she seen me at door. I am posting this at 6:20 am and door is still locked. I am going to go find my coffee somewhere else.

Drive-through was quick and convenient. The food was prepared as requested. The staff was polite and professional.

Just a regular ol' Jack. There is rarely a wait here. Everyone has been pretty nice here.
I just love this place this place always super clean and very friendly especially demi is so professional worker there.
DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!! My daughter and I got severe food poisoning that is still on going save yourself trust me.

With how bad inflation is you would think that a business would have better customer service. I'm a restaurant manager and this was such horrible service.
So overpriced burger looked nothing like it looks on the screen if we're paying that much a least make it look the actual picture

Hours still say 24hr drive thru on the door. Place is light up like they're open but they have a cone blocking the drive thru
My partner and I got chicken tenders here the other day and we both got really bad food poisoning. We were both throwing up all night.
Funnily enough the tenders tasted really good and we're excellently seasoned though haha
