I used the webpage to place my order. I was impressed with how well it worked. I had tried their app several times and it NEVER worked. I became frustrated and never used it again! Using the webpage was slick! I got discounted items and my order was hot and ready when I arrived at the drive-up window. I will use it again!Note: I was pleased their milk-shake machine was working. There have been many times in the recent past when it was not.

The service was fast, efficient, and straightforward. The Jack in the Box location was very clean by far the most cleanest jack in the box i’ve seen and the food exceeded my expectations in terms of not being greasy even though it is a fast food place . Bravo to everyone this is definitely worth 5

The post-COVID phenomenon of randomly closing the store/dining room without notice continues at this location. 6pm on a Friday and the entrance is locked.
This was the most monumental fast food experience ever!!!!!!!It was wonderful I arrive at the drive through and I was politely spoken to by the lovely man named Gavin. He made my food in what must’ve record time. When I arrived at the window he serenaded me with his beautiful voice and handed me my food. The burger tasted like it had fallen from heaven. And the onion rings… Don’t even get me started, they were amazing. Perfectly fried.100000000/5 would recommend-Truett

Through tmobile offer I placed an order on the app for a spicy chicken sandwich and onion rings.I could not edit my order on the app so I went through the drive thru to edit @7:10pm and the girl said 'okay' to my changes (onion rings well done and no sauce on spicy chicken).When I arrived at the window I waited for a bit and I stated my order and the girl handed me my oder.I drove around the corner to check my order the sandwich had mayonnaise on it so I drove back to the drive thru.@7:19pm I again stated my order and the issue, the girl said to drive up and when I arrived to the window an Asian male named Gavin the assistant manager, told me the sandwich is made when ordered and I needed to figure out how to edit my order on the app, so I said " I got it Gavin ".I was handed another sandwich this time made correctly with no sauce.The onion rings i paid for did not taste good, like old oil was used to cook the onion rings.The spicy chicken sandwich with no sauce was made fresh so it was good to eat.I will not return to this location since Gavin made sure to blame me the customer and no customer service by both employees.

You were very short with two employees and the food came out hot fresh and the both the girl and the boy working the front, we're absolutely fantastic. They were courteous, and was over the top employees. All the Jack in the Box Restaurants need to have such dedicated employees who were working drive through and the front counter. Ex emotional employees who represented the Jack in Box reputation way up the scale. They were 10+..!!! Wish they had as dedicated employees as this one did in Tulsa Oklahoma! I stopped going to those on Tulsa as the employees are rude and condescending there. I'm going back through the same way and we will be SURE TO STOP back to buy our lunch again?! We were there on the 21st around 10:30 am. Kudos all around service to both front end people. You are FANTASTIC!!!!!!Parking: It's hard to get out when there's a lineup in your drive through when you go in to y5 llbut other than that we can't say enough about the good things about our experience.
