To the guy that made my philly at 7:40pm-ish on May 5th 2024, I hope ur pillows are cold and ur phone is always charged. That sandwich was the actual best and I’m sad it’s gone.

I must say, the service here is so amazing. Colin the ginger boy was here working today and he helped me, he is outstanding. His service was beautiful and so are his teeth. He put the lettuce on my bread beautifully and glazed my bread with the perfect amount of liquids. He put the perfect amount of everything, and I could have never asked for a more better experience here.He is a very sweet young boy, and his wrapping techniques with my sandwich were outstanding, and I must say, I was very impressed with his work. The way he squirts the vinegar and olive oil blend on my sandwich was definitely some of the BEST work l have ever seen. I am not sure how long he's been working here, but he is a very experienced worker, and I am very very pleased with what he decided to do. He definitely showed up and showed out. I am very proud of this young man. He was so sweet to me, and I don't think I have ever experience such great customer service. The food was so well-made, and I am so full and pleased! I wouldn't be surprised if someone had told me he had been working here for at least two years!! He was the most loveliest young man ever! When you come here you better make sure he's working! I am going to come here everyday and see what times he clocks in and clocks out and I can let you guys know his shift times!! He is amazing and you guys would he pleased to be there while he's working his shift!!Great young boy, I will be coming back very very soon!!???

1 star rating due to the tip prompt on the payment screen. Business owners use this to pay their employees less but retain them through the promise of tips. Just increase ä the prices so you can pay them more and we'll more accurately evaluate if we want to pay that price for the product. I encourage other reviewers to do this on businesses that do not TRADITIONALLY take tips such as in a restaurant when you are served.

I love going here! It's tasty and the workers are nice. I find service to be fast too. My order is always ready when I get there if I order using their app.

The store manager Yvonne is absolutely disrespectful towards her employees and customers when I walked in, I asked for a gluten-free sandwich. She was already giving me a hard time about me asking for it to be toasted.. I also asked if she can use a different lettuce that’s not cross contaminated with gluten. She responded that they do not separate the lettuce and that I need to either go find somewhere else to eat or eat the lettuce they have and I found that to be disrespectful in response. I told her that her attitude was out of line and she proceeded to argue with me that I needed to eat somewhere else and I told her that no I’m a paying Customer I can eat where I want. I told her I’m making a complaint about her conduct and she proceeded to argue with me. I will never eat at this restaurant ever again.

They don’t make the sandwiches right and it’s a very weird vibe in there. I’ll stick to the one by the mall from now on. The one by the mall is great.

Workers were extremely nice and made my day! I asked for gluten free bread, and he immediately changed his gloves and cleaned all the equipment. I’m celiac so I’m graceful to see that they take cross contamination. So seriously! And the bread was absolutely delicious

Dietary restrictions: The gluten free bread was wrapped in plastic. Away from the other types of bread. They did 2 glove changes and cleaned all the equipment.

So we are frequent flyers at JM. We always have good service and enjoy the sandwiches. Tonight however was not the same. We requested grilled, it was not! We requested mikes way with mayo..no mayo and not sure about oil & vinegar and on top of all that we did not get ? bacon.I must share this is not our typical experience, However today we were disappointed.
