I must say, the service here is so amazing. Colin the ginger boy was here working today and he helped me, he is outstanding. His service was beautiful and so are his teeth. He put the lettuce on my bread beautifully and glazed my bread with the perfect amount of liquids. He put the perfect amount of everything, and I could have never asked for a more better experience here.He is a very sweet young boy, and his wrapping techniques with my sandwich were outstanding, and I must say, I was very impressed with his work. The way he squirts the vinegar and olive oil blend on my sandwich was definitely some of the BEST work l have ever seen. I am not sure how long he's been working here, but he is a very experienced worker, and I am very very pleased with what he decided to do. He definitely showed up and showed out. I am very proud of this young man. He was so sweet to me, and I don't think I have ever experience such great customer service. The food was so well-made, and I am so full and pleased! I wouldn't be surprised if someone had told me he had been working here for at least two years!! He was the most loveliest young man ever! When you come here you better make sure he's working! I am going to come here everyday and see what times he clocks in and clocks out and I can let you guys know his shift times!! Just increase ä the prices so you can pay them more and we'll more accurately evaluate if we want to pay that price for the product. I encourage other reviewers to do this on businesses that do not TRADITIONALLY take tips such as in a restaurant when you are served.

The store manager Yvonne is absolutely disrespectful towards her employees and customers when I walked in, I asked for a gluten-free sandwich. She was already giving me a hard time about me asking for it to be toasted.. I also asked if she can use a different lettuce that’s not cross contaminated with gluten. She responded that they do not separate the lettuce and that I need to either go find somewhere else to eat or eat the lettuce they have and I found that to be disrespectful in response. I told her that her attitude was out of line and she proceeded to argue with me that I needed to eat somewhere else and I told her that no I’m a paying Customer I can eat where I want. I told her I’m making a complaint about her conduct and she proceeded to argue with me. I will never eat at this restaurant ever again.

Workers were extremely nice and made my day! I asked for gluten free bread, and he immediately changed his gloves and cleaned all the equipment. I’m celiac so I’m graceful to see that they take cross contamination. So seriously! And the bread was absolutely deliciousDietary restrictions: The gluten free bread was wrapped in plastic. Away from the other types of bread. They did 2 glove changes and cleaned all the equipment.

Received a couple of "free sandwich" coupons as a gift. Finally went to try them out (don't usually go for subs)...and more importantly, to get my food for my next 24 hour shift (lunch and dinner). I was Very Pleasantly surprised by the attentive personable service. I kinda expected a "skinny" sandwich because it was to be free...but I do Not believe that our sandwiches differed in any qualitative or quantitative sense from any other (there were other customers too). The subs were quite (I was truly pleasantly surprised) delicious and satisfying.The next day, I truly enjoyed my sub (for my lunch)...one of my meal requirements, is ease and speed of preparation. I am subject to having my meals interrupted at any time.I will definitely keep this place in mind and absolutely return for more!

So we are frequent flyers at JM. We always have good service and enjoy the sandwiches. Tonight however was not the same. We requested grilled, it was not! We requested mikes way with mayo..no mayo and not sure about oil & vinegar and on top of all that we did not get ? bacon.I must share this is not our typical experience, However today we were disappointed.

Ordered only the Philly sandwich...took a long time to make and was 20 bucks. Got it home and it was the worse Philly I have ever had. Super salty with almost no flavor and a thick white breaded bun. Hated it! Service was OK. Ambiance was OK...good location for UP. This was the second time we got a sandwich there....the last sandwich was poor tasting also. Won't be back!
