Update: I followed the link left below from corporate & the manager called me back the next day offering to fix the issue. I’m very happy with the outcome & appreciate the customer service from management. I do hope the employees will focus a little more on the customers & the service they provide, but overall I’m pleased with the response time & outcome.

The absolute slowest sandwich shop & they don’t acknowledge you when you walk in the door. There’s three employees messing with registers and recipes while there’s a line of people waiting during lunch. I ordered a sandwich on their app 20 minutes before arriving in hopes of not spending my lunch waiting, but that didn’t seem to make a difference.

UPDATE: The store manager reached out and the issue has been resolved. I've continued to order and haven't had any problems since.This is the SECOND time. I've ordered the same sandwich... A Beach Club, no lettuce, add onions, add pickles... I got home to my delicious food and opened it.. This is Ham and Turkey. Nothing else as I requested and when I called the guy told me I made the sandwich and I know I put everything on it... Here's your beach club you made me. This sandwich has Turkey, avocado, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion ect. They used to do a great job and now suddenly can't get an order right in store? The guy wanted to argue that he remembered making the sandwich and put everything on it. But I can come have them remake it.

This place is awful! All I wanted was bread with cheese and lettuce, I was fine with them charging me for a full sandwich and full price for $17+ tax but when I tried to make it a meal and add a drink and chips they said my total was $42!!!! I tried to explain the math to the worker and he just kept saying that’s what the computer says. I asked how much is a drink and he said $1 and some change and I was like so the chips are $18? That doesn’t make sense? He was just like that’s what the computer says! I mean come on! Use some common sense! Simple math! So I just said to remove the drink and chips and magically the sandwich is $19 after tax. THEN when my daughter goes to eat the sandwich after her volleyball game the sandwich had no cheese on it! OMG! When I went back to the store to tell them that, the kid says, “well that’s your fault”I don’t even have the words. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I just received an order with METAL baked into the bread. Very visible and it smells like pennies. Its a streak that goes most of the top of both sandwiches. CS only gave me a credit for half of my order and didnt replace the food. If you can make a sandwich without noticing this i cant imagine how dirty this store is. No lunch and no solution.

I placed an online order via Jimmy John's App on 10/14/23 at :704pm. I delayed the delivery to 8pm. Called at 7:57pm and was informed that my order is "on its way" being delievered. 9:15pm, called Jommy John's again because I did not get the food that I paid for, including tip. Never got the food. What happened to the food? I was informed that because the register was closed, they could not refund my credit card purchase, they will talk with the manager, and that my food will be delivered the next day. Gave them my name and phone number, but didn't receive a call back the next day, as promised. I waited until 1:30pm to call them. Spoke with the manger, he was not aware of the issue. The manager informed me that I could get the food delivered, but they are unable to credit my card back, however, they can place a credit to my phone number on my Jimmy John's account. I asked if they will be able to still deliver the sandwich, but he stated that they can not do both.I am quite disappointed with the service.

Terrible customer service, I have never been treated so badly in my life, from the employees to the manager. Not that it matters to them but I will never eat there again. I paid for my food. Apparently, there was a glitch in their system. And the manager says I didn't pay for my food. But I pulled up my bank account proving that I did. But I was called a liar and wanting free food.

Will is an excellent customer service manager and represents Jimmy John’s well. He has helped me in placing small and large orders with no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend this Jimmy John’s and gave it 5 stars for the services received by this kind man.

The chicken caesar wrap I got wasn’t great, but not for any particular reason, just not something I liked all that much. But it was nice to try something new. The service was great!

The sandwich artists were really fun and pleasant to talk to. However, the bread in my sandwich was bordering on stale. It tasted hard and dry compared to the bread I’ve had at other franchises.
