Very clean, delicious subs, and lettuce wraps, employees are super nice, bathroom is spotless.
I really enjoyed my BLT on sub with avocado and onion. It was my 1st time eating here. I WILL BE BACK FOR MORE FOOD 😊😊😊😊😊

Don't have high expectations, I stood at the counter and 3 people working on menial tasks completely ignored me for a good 3 minutes. The drive thru person finally came over and took my order, came across rudely and couldn't be bothered to get a cup for the drink. Get it together Jimmy John's customers make your paycheck you can at least acknowledge them

Bad management team I went in there for a soft drink and the new manager was a complete jerk towards me all because of him not letting me have any fountain drinks from his soft drink machine and forcing me to pay just for a damn soda which the profit sales goes towards their marketing of their business that's printed on their lousy company plastic wax mixed with cardboard and ink on the cups that'll never decompose in our landfills it'll just sit there and end up polluting our water that we bathe and drink from every day. These stupid corrupt businesses loves to rip us Americans off by over charging this community to death which we low income people can't freakin afford. Our economy with jobs is garbage and full of haters that discriminates people with special needs that can't work full-time or part-time our society today is absolutely unacceptable and full of bad behaviors towards people who can't afford the lousy job companies in this screwed up economy. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone stay away from their business. Not to mention that the new manager is uneducated about the true value of customer service is especially since I've got over 18 years of customer service under my belt and part of customer service is that you don't jack up prices on soft drinks or make the customers pay just to market their business on their stupid beverage cups that by their registers which goes towards the jimmy John's advertising agency and it doesn't even go towards their soda vendor companies and all their sales of the day are from the food that they sell jimmy John's is a multi billion dollar franchise and isn't corporate owned they open up the till drawers with $200.00 every morning and from the first sales of the day it has over a grand in their registers and that's just for the food items doesn't include their fountain drinks that they have and they can easily offer free fountain sodas to their customers just like how the employees never pay to have themselves a drink of sodas from the fountain beverage machine so where's the justice and being fair come in to these circumstances just to cheat us people that has lower income and can't afford to pay for a simple flipping beverage that's good quality customer service people it's being corrupt and is a crime being charged for a box of syrup mixed with carbonated water which doesn't cost these multi billionairs businesses any large of money since these Pepsi and coke a cola corporation vendors offer their equipment and their fountain drinks at a high discount price so they're not losing any major funds from these vendors just by a few customers taking a soda from their fountain beverage machine. We shouldn't have to be charged $4.00 just to grab a cup of soda when half of us Americans are using reusable 40-60oz tumbler's to use to save our planet from so much litter and trash that people dump out of their vehicle's every day we should be protecting our planet and wildlife reduce reuse recycle and that'll put less harmful crap into our water treatment system and it will make our wildlife ecosystem a bit more healthy and beautiful wildlife to enjoy.

I love Jimmy John's, however when you order a #11 that is supposed to come with double meat and the sandwich has 3 lonely slices of roast beef, a Big feeling of disappointment happens. I expect to get what I order. If this is in fact the new normal double meat then I guess I need to adjust my expectations of my $12 sandwich. As always the place was clean and the workers delightful.

Oddly pricey for a half sized sandwich. Chicken was gross. The decorations inside the Jimmy Johns are passive aggressive? I wouldn't tell anyone to go here or that I had a great experience. Just subpar.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this location this store their food everything I order from here more than I probably should but they are just so amazing, fast, nice the store always clean and the food is just on point or what’s the word people use now “bussin”

If yall could please for once cut my sandwich in half I’ll cry. I’m not just attacking this jimmy johns it seems to be a conspiracy through out all jimmy johns to not cut my sandwich in half. I’m trying to enjoy sandwich immediately but yall are putting to work I have tiny hands and it’s such a big sandwich

Update: I followed the link left below from corporate & the manager called me back the next day offering to fix the issue. I’m very happy with the outcome & appreciate the customer service from management. I do hope the employees will focus a little more on the customers & the service they provide, but overall I’m pleased with the response time & outcome.

The absolute slowest sandwich shop & they don’t acknowledge you when you walk in the door. There’s three employees messing with registers and recipes while there’s a line of people waiting during lunch. I ordered a sandwich on their app 20 minutes before arriving in hopes of not spending my lunch waiting, but that didn’t seem to make a difference.
