First time trying and we loved it, the food was flavorful and not super greasy at all! I definitely recommend if you’re wanting a burger and milkshake! Btw best strawberry milkshake I’ve had in a long time! Not kidding.

We haven’t been here in a while so decided to go back… wrong move as it was horrible! Buns were small and tasted gross and the meat was small and tasted weird!
Too bad, they use to be good but can’t recommend them again after that meal ☹️

This place has fallen off. Came and ordered dinner for my family $57 including tip and one of my burgers was made incorrectly. I came back and they re made the burger but now it didn’t have any of the toppings just a cheese burger with ketchup mustard. Even after I confirmed how I wanted the burger made with the lady at the counter. Disappointed in my experience this time. Lost a loyal customer for sure.

Waited almost 10 minutes at the window for a different customer to tell me they ran outta food and were closed..the lady saw me standing there and didn't say a thing. All I wanted was 2 milkshakes and I think ill drive to BestBurger instead...I live on 27th my self but I think Best Burger will continue to get my buisnes..I have been going to this building since it was U.P.Grill and yet it looks fancy on the outside but the customer svc was fake! I want the OG U.P.Grill back!!!!
