Their drive thru folks are friendly and always get my order right.
The food is always delicious.

I bought two spicy McChicken’s & a large sweet tea. The McChicken is chewy & all the sauce is on one side, while the other half has all the meat. All the sauce spilled everywhere before my first bite. As for the sweet tea, it was quite literally all ice. I took maybe 5 legitimate sips, & it was gone.
Not the first time this McDonald’s has served me poor quality food. I don’t expect gourmet, but don’t make me pay & serve me hot cat shit in a bag.

I’ve lived here for years, and for some reason when I order a cheeseburger and say the words “ketchup only”.. something off the wall if made, and I don’t find out until we get home. Like no cheese today. It’s not a big deal by itself but with how many times the order is wrong, the kids just assume it won’t right. Great food tho for Mom and I. Great people working. Clean. Just very literal with the ketchup only for some reason lol

Well their rewards these days really suck, and I'm waiting for them to shrink down the breakfast sandwichs like their doing the burgers.... Crying shame I said Jack n the box was going to close during covid and look what happened.... But what I don't get is All these fast food places end up closing down because they have no clue what their doing. You don't jack up the price and turn around and shrink the product on top of that, because in the end there won't be anything to shrink and meanwhile no one wants to buy your products any more because your too high priced and your product isn't worth buying being that there's nothing there you want to buy because you kept shrinking it.... And you end up like Jack in the box. CLOSED DOWN and r doing the exact same things with the OPEN 24 hrs but when your NOT......

This Mc Ds is not very good, A big WARNING on the big breakfast to double-check twice for its not so big when they leave out the hotcakes and drink and claim that this is standard operations and still include the syrup. When I asked management she claims its not included anyhow go to a different Mc D’s if you want better quality & full meal, later the coke was simply flat and crappy.

In the last few months I've had to make seven trips to this McDonald's, because of the need of convenience with everything going on in my household. Out of those seven trips, they've screwed up six of those orders. The most recent that they screwed up was the makeup order for their past screw-ups. I literally go into the store with coupon tickets and explain to them that these are makeup orders for previous mistakes and they proceed to do the exact same thing again! The level of incompetence at this location is far beyond ridiculous now. At this point, untrained monkeys would do a better job serving you food at this McDonald's. When your job is literally making food properly and in a quick manner, why should you be getting paid if you're not doing your job? Now I'm going to have to drive out of my way if I want to use McDonald's in the future, because I no longer have any faith in this location. Especially when I called to make the complaint about the makeup order being messed up and the manager laughed in my face about it. As if I'm wrong for being pissed off that they can't get their crap together.
