Been coming here since they opened and the service has declined. Many times as of recent I have not been "welcomed in", and the kids working here have low concept of customer service. No sense of urgency or food handler conduct. No smiles or much eye contact if at all.
You don't braid your hair out in front for folks to see. You don't chew gum while handling food. The dining area and trash area is lacking in care. While with customers you don't participate in personal conversations. I was trained to treat everyone as if they were the health department ... you never know! I come from customer service and these are just a few items I've observed in my time being served and waiting for my food. The change of hands\staff saddened me and I hope these kids get the hangout of it. Definitely a reflection of training or lack thereof. And I'm not saying it's all the time but it's enough to notice consistent basis

Clean and plenty of seating at this location. I love the crust and wood fired pizza from MOD. Quality toppings to create ANY pizza combo your heart desires!

University Place MOD is much better than the Lakewood MOD.

I went to your University Place location. I was going to order the gluten free crust but the girl at the counter asked if I would like the cauliflower instead. I asked if it had dairy. She said it did not. Ok sure. She asked if I would like vegan cheese. Yes please. Finished my order. Got home. Intuition told me to check the ingredients online. I found out the cauliflower crust has cheese in it. So I've wasted $20 and could have gotten seriously ill. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE!! This is a HUGE mistake that could hurt someone!!! Seriously disappointed!!!

I had a mini pizza and a mini salad.. it was over 25 bucks and it was hardly any food! It tasted good but sooo overpriced. I won’t be back.

Came here today 7/16/24 at 9:01pm, Brooke made my family’s food and was dreadful to deal with. Her demeanor, eye rolling, rude tone of voice and lack of customer SERVICE altogether makes me question how she landed this job. She clearly did not want to come to work today. If I could give this location a negative star rating I would and it’s 100% because of her. The gentleman working with her was a pleasure to deal with and was very polite. Brooke on the other hand needs an attitude check and someone to reevaluate the face they want representing their establishment. Do not come to this location if the blonde hair girl named Brooke is working, unless you want to experience the epitome of poor customer service.
