MOD Pizza

Everytime I’ve gone into this MOD they’ve been understaffed which causes the wait time to vary. It can be long if they have a lot of online orders to fulfill. The last time I went in was around 11am. There was only one person in front and one person in back to do prep. I honestly felt so bad for them because I could see they had at least 12 online orders and then people started coming in behind me. I asked if someone maybe called out but unfortunately they told me there’s always 2 people until late afternoon. Which obviously is so MOD can save money. However, I don’t see how this won’t end up causing them to lose money in the long run. Because had I been on a typical lunch break, I absolutely would have had to leave before I was able to even get served. Think I waited around least 15 mins before starting my order. Obviously this is a company issue and not a staff issue. The company has also instructed employees to give minimal amounts of each topping. Which is not ok given there prices. So I suggest always ordering in person if you can and not through any apps. In person I’ve always been able to get as much of one topping as I wanted. DO BETTER MOD! SHAME ON YOU for compromising your customer service just to save yourself a little bit of money!

Went here in a random Saturday evening. There was plenty of workers in the background, but only one pizza maker at the front. The wait was long as she was serving a party of three. I stood in line for 15min until I finally ordered. The pizza was undercooked, the prices from a few years back have increased yet again. Second time at this location, and both were lack luster in experience and very slow in service.

Almost doubled in price in the last few months. Too expensive, don’t think I’ll be returning. $20 for an 11 inch pizza is ridiculous

Walked In and immediately got chewed out just by their stares alone

The bigger woman with the cookies beanie is going me glares because I chose to stay and wait to order.. was she expecting me to leave because it’s busy?? Do better…

Great location with friendly staff and good pizza. Easy online ordering for grab and go.

I have been to many MOD pizzas and this by far has the worst pizza I have ever had from a mod. The crust was very undercooked as well as having topping pieces that I did not order on my pizza. I am assuming they dropped in from neighboring containers.

Great value.. and fast service.
Same price no matter how many toppings you want.
Even if there is a line , don't be discouraged, it gets done pretty quick. Give em a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Sept. 2025:
Great service, great food. Very clean. Not to loud. The 5-6pm crew was great, even asked to clear our dirty dishes from the table. Food is always good but this was the bestest service all year from this location.
