This particular pizza hit has enstated a new rule that doordashers can't use the restroom while picking up a pizza because they are technically not a customer. The thing is, I WAS a customer two days before when I bought pizza for myself. And I HAVE been a customer in the last couple of years, and have spent hundreds of dollars here. But I am no longer a customer because your management seems to think doordashers aren't technically customers.

I truly have no heavy complaints other than our pizza orders are continuously wrong. The staff are always professional and the food is in true pizza hut fashion. My wife and I are creatures of habit and the order is always the same. But every time we receive our pizza, the topping isn't there and then it just ends up being ' oh, they made it a cheese pizza again and came to a decision to rid us of the delicious topping!' we'll still order but before we walk out we will double check.

We did an online order in the morning for an 1:45 pm delivery. Our order of 9 pizzas was delivered 25 min late, delaying lunch for a party of 30+ people. I contacted the DoorDash delivery driver twice, both after the scheduled delivery time - first he said he was loading up so I was expecting him soon. When more than 10 min passed, I called again only to find out that he had another stop prior to ours so it would take longer. I don’t know if this was a Pizza Hut or DoorDash issue, but someone needs to do a better job with scheduling/coordinating delivery. When the pizza finally arrived and was served, the pizza tasted dry and not very warm (one of the pies had burnt areas all over). We typically enjoy Pizza Hut pizzas but this was subpar and did not live up to its standards. Very disappointed.

Bridgeport UP location- horrible customer service - beware! We placed an order scheduled for delivery at a specific time and the order didn't show up. There was no email or communication or update that it would be late- called the location & after numerous calls got a hold with a manager & was told that they didn't have a driver so they sent a 3rd party service delivery to deliver the order, but order never showed on time - after two hours the deliver was made by then class ended & after all students had already left. Ended up contacting the location seeking for a refund but the manager refused to issue a refund, because it was with a 3rd party order, mind you the order was booked directly with them- it was the location that used a 3rd party (door dash) to deliver, because they didn't have a driver. We ended up with boxes of pizza, & a small can of Pepsi for the inconvenience. Instead of making it right for the customer i resorted to giving a review. I'm big on communication i understand the world we live in is short staffed had we were told there was no driver we would have made arrangements for pick up instead. We will never go back to this location & i suggest taking your business elsewhere.

**update ** after looking at the reviews at this location looks like its a common issue. i hope corporate looks into this franchise because the staff lacks training. We emailed the email that was provided and have not heard back from them. We escalated the issue with corporate and awaiting to hear back.

This place sucks! Impossible to get a hold of anyone. They didn’t deliver a pizza I ordered but they sure did charge me. The staff is very rude from my past in person experiences as well.

The guy up front that was in the military was super cool, spoke bits of about five languages, and I could hear the staff in the back giving him shit Lol. Good team and they care. Short staffed but they make it work! Mistakes happen, people get dramatic about it, but if you’re nice and just talk to them like a human being. There will be no issue.

This location has really gone downhill. We ordered 3 pizzas for delivery and only received two. My husband called and was put on hold for 20 minutes until he was finally able to talk to someone. The employee tried to say we canceled and that’s why we didn’t receive our third pizza which was not true. He said if we wanted our pizza we would have to order more food. They took no accountability for their mistake and would not attempt to deliver our missing pizza. Also offered no refund for the food we didn’t receive. Horrible service.

Order food 3 hours ago. Still no delivery. Called got hung up on 2 times! Finally got a hold of somw one and they were waiting on a driverand food was ready.... an hour ago.. NEVER buy here again. Feeding my kids something else for the night. THANKS!

The GM was in the restroom. Should have got his name. Dude flushed the toilet 5 times. Idknwhy but use your imagination.

Apparently my order was canceled an hour before I arrived. No one called me to tell me. They couldn't hande a 2 pizza and wings order... he was "catching up on phone calls" an hour after they needed to be made. The store was dead. No one there. No pizzas being made but had to cancel my order?!. Contacting corporate to solve these problems. Seems I'm not the only one looking at these reviews.

Ended up at McDonald's for quick food.

Delivery driver showed up with food but no drink. Contact pizza hut and they put me on hold for 20 minutes while the driver returned to get my drink. When she arrived the lobby was closed and locked with nobody insight. I called again and put on hold for another 10 minutes.
No professionalism and no accountability. Bunch of crooks messing up orders and stealing from customers.

Does not answer phone. Often rerouted to a call center where they are rude and leave you hanging on hold. Very frustrating when you're trying to throw a party. Pizza Hut USED to be better than this.
