Order food 3 hours ago. Still no delivery. Called got hung up on 2 times! Finally got a hold of somw one and they were waiting on a driverand food was ready.... an hour ago.. NEVER buy here again. Feeding my kids something else for the night. THANKS!

Update 3 The GM was in the restroom. Should have got his name. Dude flushed the toilet 5 times. Idknwhy but use your imagination.
Apparently my order was canceled an hour before I arrived. No one called me to tell me. They couldn't hande a 2 pizza and wings order... he was "catching up on phone calls" an hour after they needed to be made. The store was dead. No one there. No pizzas being made but had to cancel my order?!. Contacting corporate to solve these problems. Seems I'm not the only one looking at these reviews.
Ended up at McDonald's for quick food.

Delivery driver showed up with food but no drink. Contact pizza hut and they put me on hold for 20 minutes while the driver returned to get my drink. When she arrived the lobby was closed and locked with nobody insight. I called again and put on hold for another 10 minutes. No professionalism and no accountability. Bunch of crooks messing up orders and stealing from customers.

Does not answer phone. Often rerouted to a call center where they are rude and leave you hanging on hold. Very frustrating when you're trying to throw a party. Pizza Hut USED to be better than this.

Used to frequent this pizza place. Over the last couple years it's gone downhill. Haven't gone in around a year but wanted stuffed crust. Tried ordering online and that's a complete nightmare! Finally gave in and downloaded app and that's not much better. My large Hawaiian pizza has about 12 pineapple pieces on entire large pizza. Not much ham either. Crust is hard, almost like cardboard! What?!?

While the food is delicious, they've messed up my delivery order twice. It would be fine if they said that the topping wasn't in stock, but nothing has been said and my topping was not what I ordered.
The welcome and taking and delivering my order were good. I and my grandson were the only customers in the store. The server soon disappeared into the back somewhere and was unavailable, unresponsive to yells for anything further.

I ordered a supreme pan pizza with extra cheese. My pizza was over $30.00 had hardly any toppings and very little cheese. For this price I expect a much better pizza. I could get a better pizza from Little Caesars for $10.00 this will be the last time I go to Pizza

We ordered delivery and multiple items were missed on our order. The driver said some items were out of stock and told us to call the store manager for a refund. Tried to call the store and was immediately hung up on. Called their 1-800 number only to be transferred in circles, nobody could help.
Will be disputing the charges with our bank and next time will order Papa Johns instead.
