. I saw a special on the window saying a 6” sandwich, chips and pop fo $7.99….. only to go in and find out that I had to order the meatball sandwich since it was Wed… couldn’t get the deal with another sandwich. Then I looked at my app and it said I could get a 12” sandwich for $7.99… but was told they “don’t go by the app deals” in that store, so I ended up ordering a 6” Club & it cost $11!! Then I left & checked Jimmy John’s menu…& I could have received an 8” sandwich, chips and a large drink for $10… that will be my new “go to” place from now on!!! Very frustrating!!

Don't bother coming here. Every employee I've encountered is rude and trashy. The food is mediocre at best and that's if they can get your order correct. They don't warm the churros. They always close early. They don't answer calls.

So they close 30 mins before they close at there actual closing time. Really awesome.

It was my first time at this location. I had just come from a Dr.s appointment, and I wanted to pick up something quick and close by. When I entered, there was no "Hello, welcome to Subway" greeting, the girl behind the counter just stood there on her phone, not even acknowledging me. When she did, it was straight to the point, which was fine. I was hot & tired from my day. I was put off by the way she greeted the next customer who entered, though. She was more courteous to him. Maybe because he looked like her. Idk. When she asked me questions about my sandwiches, she just mumbled. And then she didn't even cut my 2 footlong sandwiches. And the sandwich bread was wet withing 10 mins for both sandwiches. And since when are 2 footlong sandwiches over $30. I usually tip employees. Most of them deserve it. But when I'm shown lousy customer service, absolutely not.

I got off work today. Working 12 hour shift all day thinking of a Subway sandwich of starving. I got here 15 minutes before they closed excited. Just to see the door locked and the lady in there, sweeping up, kinda sucked.

Wheelchair accessibility: I would say it barely squeezes by if you have a standard wheelchair. Good luck squeezing through the door

I placed a very straight forward order on the app for pickup, basic ham and & turkey w green peppers and EXTRA onions plus some sauce. I even put “extra onions” in the notes section because I’d rather have too many than too little, especially when a 6” costs $10 these days but I digress. I pickup my food and soon realize I taste no onions. I open my sandwich and I kid you not there is only a couple slivers of onions plus no green peppers… I went to the app to try and get a refund since that’s how I paid but no luck. After reading these reviews I can tell this was a spiteful thing and not an accident because this location sucks all around. I would rather use my gas to double back from the second closest location than to place another order here, will never spend my money here again and I urge nobody else too either.

I had a very specific online order. I asked for toasted, extra jalapeños, ranch, salt, pepper & vinaigrette. None of these happened. What is the purpose of adding a special note if you Will NOT read it. OMG it’s a simple instruction can’t even follow it?

I come in to order a sandwich, I'm usually greeted by a "hello, welcome! what can I get started for you today?". instead, I'm treated to complete silence and utter contempt by the person who would unfortunately be making my sandwich today. I feel the environment become hostile as the person who was on the other side of the sandwich counter did not look welcoming, so I wanted to keep it short and simple. honestly, I wanted to get out quickly for they gave off a hostile vibe and a threatening demeanor. i just wanted a sandwich, not an attitude, but this person decided to emulate that. anyway, i started ordering my sandwich, the person did not seem pleased with my tone all of a sudden. i'm speaking normally and just saying what i want on my sandwich. "i want grilled chicken, wheat footlong, provolone cheese and toasted".the person takes my sandwich after adding the meats and cheese to my sandwich. then tosses my sandwich into the toaster oven, making it splash and losing some of the meat and cheese in the process. i mean that literally and not figuratively. they pull it out and ask what i want on it with a hostile demeanor. "i would like lettuce, cucumbers, pickles and chipotle sauce on it". the person starts putting on the lettuce, i have to tell them multiple times to put on more cucumber. this seemed to anger the person and they decided to punish me by throwing in an avalanche of pickles. i tell them to please remove some of it because i don't want that much pickles. they begin removing some of the pickles and then suddenly move on to sauces. there is still to much pickles and i keep telling them to remove it and then they interrupt me by pouring on a little chipotle. i ask for more and then they decided to pour an avalanche of chipotle on my sandwich. i'm still asking them to remove the avalanche of pickles and now i have to tell them to remove the avalanche of chipotle from my sandwich. honestly, this person was sabotaging my sandwich on purpose at this point. so i decided to pay for it because i did not want to deal with this person anymore. they need to be fired because all i wanted was a sandwich and common courtesy. but i couldn't get either and now i get to eat the soggy, over-pickled sandwich for 17 dollars from subway. if this person is the best subway can do, no wonder jimmy-johns is better.i'll just go to them to make my sandwiches from now on.
