Didnt get a bag or offered cookie, or service I am used too at subway, for a footlong to go order. In UP i have noticed in the past 2 ywars that the customer service, and over all attitudes in the restaurant and retail service industry needs help. I just do not understand the lack of pride in ones company and ones job anymore. What happened to the golden rule? As far as Subway However, Still one of the best fast food restaurants.
They messed up my delivery order and when I called, they were very patient and sweet. They refunded my money back. Even though they made a mistake, I will still get my sandwiches from this store. Other than tonight, I have never had any issues. Thank you Subway :)
Yummy food! Great service especially considering one wonderful gal was doing it all by herself. This great gal put out 16 sandwiches in 27 minutes including restock and cashiering and taking a phone order and online order that came in. Amazing tasting food all customized. THANK YOU!
