The Habit Burger Grill

I’ve been to one of the original three location in Cali and I love the habit burger, but I hate this one. First time here and waited over 15 mins for my meal. I finally get it and drive away and they forgot my fries. Come back and sit in line for another 15 mins with only one person in front of me and at this point I ask them to remake my burger as well which is now cold. At that point they pretty much just shoved the cold fries in my hand that they made when I told them they missed my fries at the window. Not worth a visit.

Burger was completely soggy. Had to throw away entire bottom bun. French fries cold. Onion rings burnt. Long long long line. Service horrible. Food horrible. Thought I would try it. Big mistake! 18 dollars! Waste of money. High prices. Dont go is my advice!

Best fast food burger. Beats In and Out by far! Actually tastes like SoCal beach burgers from 60s and 70s.

Grill chicken pineapple was made fresh, chicken salad and tempura green beans, I recommend all of them, made fresh.

Great burgers. Not much choice but that just complicates things anyway. Nothing like a flame grilled Burger!

The food looks nothing good like the pictures. It looked like someone with no hands put them together and everything was cold. Not worth the price.

The place is clean. The staff is friendly every time we have gone. Food is good! They do have a drive thru option if you don’t want to go inside.

April 7th 2024 our first time trying Habit Burger Grill, we tried the one in university place, good food, excellent quick service, clean inside..we tried the original cheeseburger, huge helping of fries, couldn't eat all, my husband and I will probably share next time

Ordered online, and our order was not accurate (3rd x this has happened), and they were not busy (so they had time to make sure the order was correct.
I will now check my order before I leave the restaurant.

They double charged my order. Shows 20 minutes later same amount charges on my bank card done twice.. I felt something odd and was hoping no spit since I don't add tip at fast foods or pick up foods. Seems someone got nasty and illegal. Lost my business... Dumb. Dumb to do..
