“Wow! I don't usually write reviews about food, but I am just so excited to have this food truck near my house, next to a brewery with awesome music! This was my first time eating their food. I am just so impressed! I had the bowl, with soy protein curls, extra avocados, black beans and the Thai peanut sauce- it was so delicious! I was happy that it wasn't overrun by rice, since I'm not a huge fan, and theirs had a satisfying tecture. My partner also liked it (and she's hard to impress), but they were already closed. Hopefully during the summer months they'll be able to stay open a little longer than 8pm (fingers crossed!)“

“Loved the convenience and it was nice that they have a little bar with happy hour. The pad Thai from Little Thai Peacock was delicious. I was disappointed with the shrimp dumplings from Shanghai’s best plus the server was extremely rude to me.“

“Every single staff member said hello, everyone was so hospitable throughout the whole experience. Great healthy gluten free options and pastries. I think this is the best GF spot I’ve been to yet with the BEST bread. You’d never know the difference.“

“I had the Bliss bowl and my Sister had the Yoda bowl. Both were very delicious. I love the blueberries and almond butter in the Bliss bowl. 😍 we I’ll be make another visit soon.“

“These bowls are perfect. Light, and filling and I feel fueled for the rest of the day. The men's soccer players I work with at the University of Portland always say that they feel really good after eating them! Super fortunate to have Carioca Bowls behind us fueling our team this season!“

“This is such a cute little juice bar! I ordered 3 juices to go and they are gorgeous! I even got to try a possible up and coming drink which yummy and it was cool they offered me a sample :)

“Loveeee the fresh fruit energy drinks! I have tried them all at this point, but my favorite is Yuzu-Matcha. Sometimes I'll ask for a little extra matcha if I'm feeling zesty. But it's super delicious and balanced as is too! Pairs perfectly with the Peanut Butter Bliss, my go to lunch pick.“

“I got a blue mango, which ended up teal. that's my favorite color and it was pretty good, kinda sweeter than expected but the service was fast! they let my friend mix up a ridiculous abomination of a smoothie (carrot cake plus chocolate and pea protein) but they let HIM ruin a perfectly good smoothie with a smile haha“
