My first visit, and it will not be my last. I had the lamb gyro, and it's delicious. It's not over salted like some of the others. It's perfect. The sitting area is small but perfect for a quick lunch during work week. It's all street parking around the restaurant, but no problem at all.
My friend read good reviews about this place, so we have it a shot. Now, I am obsessed about the food there, and have been a bit obsessed about coming back with my whole family. I had the lamb shank dish, and it was a culinary-dream-come true. The lamb, rice, salad, and babaganoush were perfect. I have had this dish at many other places, and the Akkad version is my fave. This place never dissappoints! The service is outstanding and the food is to die for. This time I had the Beet Salad and Dolmas. That salad was the best! Can't wait to go back for more!
